At first, this challenge will test you. But with time you'll get used to it. I've not done it, but I'm considering it
Working on a structured program would be better overall since there are a lot of muscles that won't get engaged in pullups
Depending on your muscles it could be counterproductive, for example, if you're fat you'll have to use more force, doing 100 pull-ups a day (definitely doable if you can do at least 5 per set) you'll work the muscle too much, which will grow but slower
I did 50 pull ups a day
Judging from your pfp and name, no, you aren't lol
@@shlokwaghela9560 Bro u got a anime PFP you cannot be talking.
It took me 100 days to do 1 pullups đżđż
I ABS-olutely love these videos. They, despite everything else on CZcams, put me in a good mood.
That's the POWER of Browneys with Blue Sprinkles.
pun intended.
I think people need to realize that no matter what anyone else says, no matter what you're told to do by the internet, your progress will entirely be based on you, your body, and your mindset. If you just do the best you can and try to keep a rhythm, then you don't need to worry about much else. How hard I need to train and how much I need to eat to get the physique I want is literally all I do, and I'm am satisfied with it. I make sure I can tell when and for how long I can workout for and act accordingly to how my body feels. It took me a bit of time to be able to really get a feel of my body and its muscles, but now I only worry about making sure I am not being lazy with my workouts and that I never overdo it to a point where it affects my training the next day.
I start doing pullups because i heard it increase height it really helped me a lot and i increase 2 inches maybe the pullups didn't make me grow i used to carry a big backpack when i was student and that gave me a horrible posture made me look 2 inch shorter but after i start doing pullups i regain those inches. So i recommend this challenge.
Yup same here. Got at least 1.5 inches if not two.... N didn't even do pull ups at first just bar hanging
@@khamisama5747 yeah, daily activities cause stress on the spine. Dead hangs just alleviate the pressure so you technically âgainâ inches
@@genstqte I literally stopped growing completely since i turned 16. Height is something that cannot be changed, it's almost completely genetic given that u have good nutrition.
I got 2 inches đ«
What age were you?
So... I did 100 pullups in a day
Mostly every Sunday
And I agree with this video
It does feel like building the core, the back and especially the biceps
After I done this challenge tho, I couldn't hold my fist tight, the soreness is strong
And, I've jumped from doing 9-10 pull-ups per set to doing 15-20 pull-ups
It is a great challenge for a lot of stuff, and if your bar is set high, you can also actually train your jumps
What I also recommend is to hold a 5kg or more weight on you to really feel the effect of the pull-ups
I guess you forgot to mention forearm. It's very effective for your forearm as well. Isn't it?
@@samuellegesse23 yeah, forgot to mention about it, depending on the technique, you can work your forearms very effectively
u are a strong guy ! l cannot do even a single pull ups . how can l do pull ups efficiently ? l mean can u give some tips ? l am not beginner , l do workouts (home , cuz gym and protein cost too much . ) l would be happy if u can guide me .
@@pizzaforever69 i don't even know how I started, btw, I also don't go to gym, I just have a pull-up bar.
I know it sounds a little bit too simple, but the key is the persistence.
1 year ago I couldn't do a single pull-up
In mid-spring I started constantly trying.
In may last year I managed to get 1 pull-up.
And every day I just tried and tried to do it.
I think you need to have that mindset which says to yourself I CAN DO IT, for me, I just wanted to do 20 pullups constantly. I don't know if this really helped you, but another advice is to get yourself some movement momentum before pulling yourself, just like doing muscle-ups.
Btw, thx for the compliment
@@ONLYhyper1 if someone achieve something , they deserve compliments . thanks for the advice . but , the only thing l see risky is that u can have high chance of having injury while trying to do direct pull ups . but , if u could do , l will try too !

I have been doing this challenge for the past 1 year and 364 days, i cant wait to unlock the v-shape tomorrow.
Pull ups are the best upper body exercise you can do. The key is to retract your shoulder blades and touch your chest to the bar with a slow and
controlled tempo.

I am 13 years old and not do it everyday but once in two days or sometimes even everyday. My experience is that it may not increase your height, nor it will increase your strength much but believe me your body would be changed completely, I can even see visible packs in my stomach and yeah veins, it will give you a lot of veins. I think I am eligible to share my experience as I am doing it from last 8 months.
hey there , i am also 13 years old and i have a few questions.
1 . how did you build up to this many pull ups?
2 . did you put on some weight ?( if so did you change your diet)
3 . did you ever over train ?
@@TateMillionaireScholar I feel fatigue all day so maybe I'm over doing it.... Now I do 5 sets of 7 pull ups and i actually losed weight from 73 kg to 67 kg currently... But due to pull ups and pushups ( currently I do 200) i don't look skinny.... 67 kg is considered skinny for a 6 ft male I guess....

I did the 100 push-ups a day challenge it was a breez as someone who trains consistently
I think good posture really has to do with how balanced your training is. If you're doing a lot of pushing, but not a lot of pulling, your chest, deltoids, and triceps will be disproportionally strong and it'll pull those muscles forward. If you do back exercises too, it'll balance it out.
Never drink coffee while you are watching these Gs
I actually did pullups for like 60 days... I feel much better and my abs started to show off better.. also i can do more pullups now

@@Adrian-eb8tj my age is 16 height 5,5 and weight is 40.Iam eating protein powder 3 days a week
I think by muscle inbalance they meant that for example 1 bicep is bigger than the other
1 set Close to failure everyday is best. Don't over do it. Ull burn out. Especially natty doing the 1 set ull get super strong fast. Ur reps will go up. Remember it's volume in the long run not on the days.
I did what you are describing, it works too, but I suggest you research about greasing the groove, you can definitely do 100 pull ups everyday especially when you are FAR from failure....high frequency low intensity works better for not burning out and upping the reps very fast, even with 1 set close to failure you can over do it. Plus, grease the groove works faster for this than getting close to failure, but everyone with their preferences I guess. ;)
You got me "you will look delicous" 4:35
I actually commented pullups on the last 30 day challenge
its sad that the original video has half the views this video gets yet all browney did was react to it
The next browney video will be: Doing 100 pull ups every single day for 30 days
You gotta combine Pull ups and push ups ( declined) for improved strength

Im starting this journey now, but I first need to get to be able to do 100 pullups in one day lol.
I do 30 pullups a day, dont have bicep tendonitis yet, although, the biceps are growing noticably fast, as well as wrists, forearms, etc, good for endurance
Could you do a video on how to get rid of cheek chub and under the chin chub even when skinny
I am done â this challenge...1 year... every single day đ...not only 100 pull ups, with 100 push ups and..... 100 waight squats - 11 months...
Meanwhile legs: doesn't exist

Where can I watch the original video
Make more videos for your other channel!
Every single time I try to do pull-ups...i don't know but my butt hurts đ€...and I am only 17..but through this i improve my abbs
you will develop abs through burning calories, which reduces fat. if your body fat is low (around 12-13%) abs will be visible. You should be in a calorie deficit and you don't really need to do abs exercises, but it will help make them more prominent. So to get abs you should work out, be in a calorie deficit and eat protein (like 1g per pound every day)
Its impossible to increase pull ups for me sadly
I have a huge back and i never did a single pull-ups of my life overrated excercise
Been doing 80-100 pull ups every day for 3 months now and I can confirm all of this. I weighed 249 at 5â10â 6 months ago. Now Iâm 183 lbs and itâs all from pull ups and 30-minute cardio. Also eating right. It helps. But keep the consistency and eventually youâll love doing them. It makes you look good, feel good, and it helps with all kinds of upper body muscle building and cardiovascular endurance.
Whats youe height
Damn he really commented
As someone who did this for 2 years straight and looks like a dorito. i see this as an absoulute win
As a skinny 15 years old i can do 20 pull ups in one go. I think it is because i am quite light
if you have a good form it's impressive, I'm also really light (50kg) and i can't do more than 10, but I'm getting better every week
bro what is 50kgs pls eat more man
I did 100 pull up everyday from 10 i had muscle soreness
I did a really big mistake when i started training i only did pull ups and core training now i can do 10 to 15 pull ups depends on a day but i can not do even 1 push up

Hi browney
Actually we are shorter not only because of genetics but because of gravity and hanging(when you are under 20 so your still growing) will make you taller
ok. I Will subscribe your channel after 10 days .
Early gang also can you do this đ
I do pull ups every day until failure a couple times a day. Will I build muscle doing this?
Yes
Blue guyđ” - yesss....... BUT
I wouldnt personally agree. I think 100 pushups a day sounda horrible. A balanced excercisingschedule with a great amount of rest days and plenty of food is optimal for me
Im gonna start this Saturday (it will kill me btw)
i can't even do 3-4 perfect form pull-up in a set :C
You can
i have done everyday like 200 pull ups for almost a year im a small guy though and i can do 40 reps casually
03:23 roses are red violets are blue I improved my posture just like u
Red shirt guy looks somewhat like Sam Curran
Nah
PLEASE!! what if you do 100 every day for idont now 1000 days and is there any different between doing 100 push up at once and 100 through the day
I find the best pump is doing them at one time.. not a single set but multiple sets until it's done.
Do you need to do 100 pull ups at once or can it be letâs sat 25 in morning 25 at lunch and until 100?
Yea even reps of 2-3 at once and do as many as you can itâs 100 over the course of a day
I prefer sets so muscles can rest
6months in I feel great, my back now feels like I'm a cat who can climb and pull myself up like a ninja.
So you get taller, you grow?
I do 50 - 70 pull ups every day and next month i will do challenge of doing 100 wish me luck

Do some variations to get a pull-up and itâs not 100 at once o think
@@wheal2825 even if it were 100 over the course of a day I'd struggle. I can only do 2 at a time! I do them with added weight (about 5-7.5 kgs) to try to increase my strength but it is really slow. Hi

20th!
Actually, the guy in the blue shirt showed the incorrect form of breathing when doing pull ups. Maybe itâs just me, but I had a severe headache after pull ups for weeks. I could not figure out what was wrong, but when I changed my breathing the headache was gone instantly. So the way I breathe is breath in on the way up and exhale on the way down. So if anyone else experiences headaches after pull ups this might help!
