Working out for 30 days straight can lead to some awesome results! You'll likely see improvements in strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
I decided to workout lighter closer to the end of the week. For example instead of my 1 hour and 45 minutes just 30-45 minutes. I thought it was good not to workout on weekends but instead of feeling good I felt worse on weekends. I was looking online and found something called pleasure fatigue where someone breaks from work stress or routine but the body is so used to a certain routine instead of feeling better one could feel worse. So, I workout on weekends but keep it lighter so, my body recovers.

I have done gymnastics about 4 days a week my whole life, and in the summer I do it 5 days a week. Gymnastics is a super good way to work out, but when I get older I wonât be able to do the same things I always did. Hopefully I will still have the motivation to be active and maybe get into running when I am older

Hi .... The exercises I do are: basketball, tennis and skating .... Do they count?
Nah, they count as cardio not muscle building.
that's just cardio, however you might gain some muscle in your legs from all that running
they are still exercises yes
Umm ...ahh...if cardio is counted as a exercise than definitely yes otherwise no .
If you do extra conditioning afterwards it counts as more than cardio, but even if you donât itâs still a real workout with just cardio. The running around can build leg strength too

My question is it can l get some drastic change in 4 5 months by working out in certain schedule ?
Yes. If you're a complete beginner you'll see changes very fast.
However, your goal shouldn't be "how fast can I get muscles". If thats your mindset, you will fail.
Working out is a lifestyle that will only benefit you and its for the long term.

Rest days are definitely necessary, I have experimented with them already. With no rest days, I definitely make much fewer gains than with them.
if you want to maximize gains, rest days are necessary. why do you think most bodybuilders recommend the PPL routine?
