    I was working hard for 22 days straight. Then I catch flu. Now when sicknes is over im gonna start over again.

    I had first started back in 2018 and had lost 40lbs then i let myself slack up and gained 20lbs, i started back to doing my exercises, it will be 3mo this Dec 11th. That first week is a hell raiser but after the 3rd to 4th week you are good to go from there.

      Theres many exersizes, you can do sitting on a chair , google it , i think you will be surprised. ..
