How can you incorporate this with diet?
Low fat, low or no sugar , low carbs. Come up with a meal plan that works for you but you want to have no sugar or have in moderation. Drink plenty of water every day. Find what works best for you.
I just tried this today, whooaaah its really tiring and sweating as in the heat is on, but a beat slow, but soon im going through well with this.🙏🙏🙏

Young lady your body is still growing. Eat healthy plenty of veggies, fruits, cut sugar out of your diet. Meaning having no junk or processed foods. Also incorporate weights into your workouts. Find a beginners strength training with low weights. Have fun with the workout. ❤
