Safe for the Ozone Layer - yup, it's 1990 alright!
Remembering the thinning ozone layer of the 90s leaves me hopeful for the current environmental issues.
nowadays stuff like that is actually damaging the o zone layer instead of what it says on the can.

I remember when I was a kid I wanted Mom to buy All because they spelled it and she put it in the basket and when I wasn't looking she put it back
It's crazy we don't have anyone telling us the shows up next at the end credits.. we just go to the next show

Coulier was playing a completely different character in a guest spot on another ABC show. Pretty common at the time.
Head Of The Class-probably was one of those"misunderstanding" plotlines(i.e she was in college and had a boyfriend already)
Partnership for a DFA-guy at the end mustve gotten a bad batch..
MacGyver-someone DID get hurt it looks like..
Unspeakable Acts-that mother would have made for a good Dr.Phil or Steve Wilkos guest if their shows were around back then

That DFA -PSA was deep! Even though I was 15 in '90 I didn't pay attention to those PSA's, at all, but they were really well done.
