I love All Standing pilâtes and I was able to do most of this routine but am not permitted to have head down at all due to haemorrhaging near the retina so for this routine I kept my head elevated on the parts where we would normally bend down towards our feet or the mat. So thanks for the mostly “all moves with head up” routine! (I’m trying to avoid another major retinal surgery by keeping head elevated at all times, etc,). ❤❤❤
