You can find much cheaper gland nut wrenches that work fine. I've had mine for years, cost about 1/3rd of the one in the video.

I have a cylinder style that I can't find a video on. Basically I take the top off but the gland stays. There's just a thin cap on it. I can't get any further. Anyone know anything about these?
