    I have not tried this yet.
    But I'm getting ready to work on my cylinders tomorrow.
    I haven't been able to get the nut-free yet.

      @@robertdrinks654 I am actually a little sad to say that my cylinders came part easily. Even though they are originals from 1996.
      I just use a 2 foot pipe wrench.

    From someone that rebuilds cylinders. Instead of cutting your tools up and being lazy and trying to use a air hammer. A ball peen hammer. 3 spots a third away around the cylinder from gland about 2 inches down. And she'll come loose by hand. Its called peening. Its a lost art.
