Nice workout. I noticed that a couple times it would get to 2 seconds and I would stop. :)
So active calories 294, total, 373, average heart rate 129bpm.
So not bad. I am getting better att he twist and then squat so that is good.
I was amazed you are fit enough to keep smiling during th workout, as though it was not much for you, as I was dying, so someday I will reach your level.

Why do you try to discriminate people with good health? Just search for "workouts for witr people with poor back".

I like these workouts. You CAN REPLACE any exercises by yourself.
