20 Minute Dumbbell Arm Workout (home or gym) | Pyramid Training Day 2

  • Day 2 of our Pyramid workout series and today it's a 20 Minute Dumbbell Arm Workout. Again you can do these absolutely anywhere
    Again ideally you will need for each is 3 varying weights of dumbbell
    A lighter , medium and heavier weight (But work with what you have got)
    How do these workouts work
    round 1 - lighter weight - 20 reps
    round 2 - medium weight - 15 reps
    round 3 - heavier weight - 10 reps
    round 4 - medium weight - 15 reps
    round 5 - lighter weight - 20 reps
    Up or lower the weight accordingly for you to make it as easy or as tough as you like
    So grab your dumbbells , a drink and a little space and let's smash this 💪

    This was awesome....arms are pumped and not sore ( bad kind) I definitely felt I hard biceps were on fire and triceps feel amazing after this ....thx mi amigo!!

    Still AM in Canada so was waiting for this to start my day. Yesterday's pyramid was very tough on the deltoids. This one looks no easier -- lovin' it! Will throw in some skipping sets at the end to round out the burn with some cardio.

    I'm in Scotland and been waiting and waiting and waiting, then it was here. To start, I thought ooh this isn't too bad then by midway and starting to come down the pyramid I started to feel it. Nice:) Looking forward to tomorrow.

    ran through this one again with same weights (10#, 12.5#, 17..5#, 12.5#, 10#) for time. I was able to shave off 1 full minute from last time I did this one. Feeling a great burn now 11/2

    arms are feeling great after this one!! did 10, 12.5, 15, 12.5, 10# for each round respectively and it was perfect. that was def all the biceps could handle 9/15

    went for speed again, and upped the weight on heaviest set (10#, 12.5#, 17.5#, 12.5#, 10#) and did the whole thing in just over 15 mins. Arms feel amazing pump 10/1

    Oh boy, not the skull crushers, my arms are going to be shaking by the time that’s over with😳 most likely will stay with the lighter weights😉

    What weight do you use on each dumbbells. Currently back in the gym again after personal issues

      These were just 8,10 and 12 kg for demo purposes of the vid. But find weights that work best for you. Beauty is you can up and down the weights with these and make them as challenging as you wish
