- Onto Day 10 and up today a 20 Min Torching No Repeat Dumbbell Arm Workout.
10 Exercises back to back for the triceps , oouch. 10 exercises back to back for the Biceps , ouch. But it's going to be awesome and literally will torch those arms
So as with the rest what we have is
✅ 20 Exercises in total
✅ 10 For the Triceps - back to back
✅ 10 For the Biceps - back to back
✅ 45 seconds active
✅ 15 Secs rest between exercise
✅ Working our way through until every exercise is done
This is really going to burn. Have a selection of dumbbells at the ready. If you want to get your heavier lifts in , I suggest get them in early as I have a feeling you are going to drop down those weights pretty quickly with this one
Especially those biceps. The pain will be worth it though for a killer arm pump

That 10-15 secs extra you tacked on to each set (compared to the usual 30 secs) made me wanna cry, but I finshed!

totally murdered my arms. biceps are sooooo tight right now. used a range of 10-20# on the tris, but only used 10#s for all bicep movements and that was plentay for sure. thanks! 1/28/22
