Then I did the Titanium spin workout. Well nothing can be tougher than that one.

This blast of a workout I tried for the first time today! It was Tempo Luv vs Ignite! Back in March I did Tempo Luv also but during the last 5 month I can really feel my fitness level increased especially my average watt really shows it but also the session Im during much more tough with two workouts compared to at that time only Tempo Luv! Thank you Kirsten for this insane workout! Insane because I did it after Tempo Luv!! 👍🏻👍🏻
