    did this one again but for time (still used 15#,20#,25# weights) and finished the entire 5 sets in about 13:30. Legs felt an amazing burn 11/9

    Another awesome workout -loving the pyramid! I actually used 6 dumbbell sets for this one. Goblet and Stiff leg were 15, 20, 25 lbs, but had to drop to 8, 10, 12 for the lunges and they were still tough! Curtseys landed in the middle...

      Awesome and yes that’s perfect. Having a selection of weights even better for going up and down where ever you need it. Good job. Everyone seems to have enjoyed these so I may have to hit some more 💪

      You can it’s all in your head . Push yourself hard enough for a period of time. Make your workouts part of your routine like putting on your clothes each day and it will become easier. You will even start to feel rubbish when you miss a workout 👍

    great workout. started out easy and then got real hard real quick. used 15#, 20# & 25# respectively, and that was pretty good weight. legs are feeling good 9/16

    Ouch ... people forget the legs and back (deadlifts) burn a ton (or tonne ;-)) of calories.
