  • Today's Zeus Fitness video is a 15 Minute Dumbbell Leg Workout at Home. This dumbbell leg workout is also going to be another no repeat dumbbell workout
    You guys seem to be loving these at home no repeat workouts so we are going to keep cranking a few more
    Continuing on today with this 15 min workout for the legs. Again perfect for home or the gym in just 15 minutes and all with just a light set of dumbbells
    If you need a tougher workout and have the weights at your disposal , simply up the weight in some of the exercises to make it even tougher.

    this was a great workout. It didn't seem too tough until those final two mins. I almost completely fell over those last 2 sets. Great stuff!

    Loving working my way through your workouts. Came straight to this after doing your 10min abs workout. Was tough but I did it. Noticing a big difference in my running. Did parkrun again at the weekend and for the first time in my life I was the first female across the line in my age group ( 50 to 54). Plus got a new pb 29.30. Thanks for all your help.

    Feeling the burnnnnn! I love the honesty towards the movements, while some instructors act like they don't struggle, it's a good feeling knowing we are all in it together! ⚡⚡

    Just did this one again. I remembered how awful the last two minutes were gonna be, but they were so much worse than I remembered. I could barely stand and walk after this one using just 20lb dumbbells. Legs will thank me at some point for this torture session. Thanks!

    Thanks Zeus, you have kept me going through out the lock down, my daughter very kindly bought me a membership to a gym. But I love your workouts so much I take you with me 😊. I always start with one of your workouts and finish on the weight machines. Thx again the two courses abs and shred I would highly recommend to anyone who’s reading this review.     As someone who is considered pretty strong this definitely was a good workout I adjusted the dumbells accordingly but this was a good one for a time crunch. Thanks brother

    Hey just wanted to say thanks for these workout. After being diagnosed with sarcoidosis it was hard for me to find a workout that I could without feeling the effects of sarcoidosis. Thank you so much

    I decided to do this one on Tuesday and Thursday so first attempt today Tuesday. I'm feeling really good but the squat jump is something I have to skip due to my back. Thanks!.

    hadn't done this one in a few months. went up 22.5# for all weighted movements. felt really good until those last 2 mins again. those last 2 rounds are really brutal. love this quick leg burner! 9/27

    its funny when I do that knee to elbow (pilates move) at 8:58 minutes... I barely feel anything when its my left leg doing the moving, but when its my right leg moving I feel it almost immediately.. I think my left leg could go forever. I havent noticed this sort of difference when doing any other exercise.

    I just did this one for the first time and I was saying yea it's not that bad a good workout like usual. Then the jump squats came in and I was thinking it's alright he's not gonna make us do anything crazy for the last one but once I head you say wall sit I was like oh this fucking asshole 😂
    Thanks for a killer workout my friend, I strictly do yours now only because of things like this. Keep em coming bud and I'll keep coming back.

    Hey Zeus,
    From my understanding this is technically “HIRT” or “High Intensity Resistance training.” I was wondering if it’s okay to try this type of strength training (more intense and less time) every time I’m doing a certain muscle group on different days. I feel like more intensity and less time is the best for me. Doing this basically everyday I’m doing a muscle group I hope would be beneficial for muscle growth.
