Booked the new interceptor after watching almost all ur videos on this awesome bike. love from Bengaluru ❤️
Thankyou for the kind words Bharath....and congratulations for the new ride 🙌
@@TheTwinPost thanks brother 😀
Very informative, thanks. My only 2 cents about changing the direction of Tyre mount is that instead of throwing the dirt/water laterally out when in motion, to keep the contact patch clean, a swapped direction will actually direct the unwanted things towards the contact patch, which will not keep it that safe at higher speeds in the wet. So you may want to keep lower speeds in muddy and wet conditions.
About the wobbling, the same tyre may cause wobbling if the installer doesn’t tightened the pinch bolt and mudguard bolts correctly. I’ve corrected this issue in my bike without changing the tyres.
Hi Jesse... The logic you explained regarding the swapped tyre throwing stuff right into the contact patch makes alot of sense - it has been 10k kms with these tyres for me now and I've gotten used to their behaviour.
These tyres don't inspire the confidence to go fast and actually transfer a little amount of vibrations into the handlebar while riding on smooth tarmac (maybe because of the block pattern). I'll be changing these after a couple of thousand kms and will probably be going for Vredestine tyres.
Thanks for taking your time out and providing some really valuable info 👌
Good information 👍🏻
Mujhe bahut yaad arahi hai jab Mene one hr. Men 140 km. Nikalla tha vo bhi normal traffic k sath
Mujhe apni bike ka over tack bahut hi dhansu laga kya sandar bike haii
Mene one day in 1100 km. Chalaya hai no issues
Mene 170+ kmph top speed chalaya hai
Or ek aj me bahut udash Hu man hi nahi karta chalane. Ka itane sare issue hai
But dil hai ki manta nahi
I love my bike
I'm also planning to installed ralco for my kedarnath ride
Nyc video sir
Nice video ❤️ I think that's one of the reasons RE changed from Pirelli to CEAT, also were you needed to change the RR unit again after 2nd time ?
Hi Swarnab... It's been about 2.5-3k kms since the second RR-Unit and till now there have been no issues with it....fingers crossed🤞
@@TheTwinPost yesss 🙏
I fitted ralco speed blasters..... Superb..... P rated... Dry grip is wow.. Wet grip is adequate..... Great on bad roads.... 5 k for a pair
Nice review. The OEM perelli tires from Brazil have 3mm tread while the replacement tires from Italy have 6mm. Perilli make a cheap OEM tire but need to be replaced. Do the tubeless kit need to be resealed when wheel is balanced
If you're using this kit...then do not do truing of spokes... Coz then this kit might fail.
@@TheTwinPost Agreed. I have heard its an easy repair if you do adjust the spokes, but you need to remember to have this done if you adjust the spokes.
Hi brother, just seen your video, could you please suggest any good store for ralco tyre
Nice video! I have a question: I understand you are using the W2S tubeless kit. Did you balance the wheels after putting on the new set of tyres?
Hi Adithya... After installing the Way2Speed or even the Outex kit we cannot adjust the spokes.... If you still wish to adjust the spokes then you may compromise the working of the tubeless kit hence will have to get it done again.
@@TheTwinPost thanks for your quick response. However, I was wondering about the weight imbalance after putting on those the new tyres. Did you balance the wheels after puting on the tyres?
Oh my bad... that's something which I will get done soon.
i m also trying to switch to Ralco
I tooo change this tyres soon bro... i will go beyond 150plus and let me check nd comment u on it😀
The angle of the action can looks perfect.
Could you share the angle or mount

Brother i have interceptor 650 revishing red bs6 2020 and i want to sell it can u help me with it it has done 800 km only
Hi just seen your video, could you please suggest any good store for ralco tyre
Hello there... If you're from Delhi then these are one of the most easily accessible tyres.
You call them up and then go to the below mentioned shop and get these tyres easily.
Globe Engineering Corporation
1697, Arya Samaj Road, Block 26I,
Nai walan, Karol Bagh
New Delhi: 110005
Contact No: 011-4154-7512
Man I'm going to go for duke 250 I've seen so many videos with gt 650 and int 650 having so many problems
And also bro hw abt the load index it says 217kg as maximum in rear tyre our bikes weight itself 215kg and our weight in the sense its overload than the spec given in tyre... so does it make any issue... bro kindly clarify
So the load index of the rear tyre says 217kgs.... What about the front tyre then.
Bike is resting on both the tyres hence the weight of the motorcycle is spread between both the tyres a well.
@@TheTwinPost bro fantastic bhaiii😅😆 sry forgot....
bohot din baad Bhai ka video 🤩 Bhai do u have any Idea about Cars? have some car related question
Hi Partha... I do follow cars as well but it's just that I'm not passionate about them.
Bhai aasan tarike se samjhau to 10 lakhs ki Tata Nexon thodi mehengi lagti hai but 10 lakhs ki Kawasaki Z900 sasti lagti hai 😅
@@TheTwinPost hehe 🤣🤣 good one.. got ur point. 👍👍
We're in bangalore did u get these ? I have alloys fitted on my interceptor. Planning to change to ralco
I put up in New Delhi...so go these tyres from a local dealer (I have mentioned the adress and contact details in the description of this video).
@@adarshlife1635 With these tyres it's required...else the mudguard rubs slightly on the tyre grooves.
I can't believe Ralco made the wobbles go 😅
Even I was pleasantly surprised 😀
Bhai koi eaha service centre batao India men jaha yh problem thik ho jaye or aage fir dubara na aye me vha bhi chalajaunga
Hi
Can you share a link for ralco tyres and would you require ti buy a diff rims for these tyres? If so pls share a link for those as well
Hi Abhijit....I bought these tyres from a tyre shop in Karol Bagh...they have these tyres readily available.
Below is the address and location link:
1697, Arya Samaj Rd, Block 26I, Nai Walan, Karol Bagh, New Delhi, Delhi 110005
Google Map Location: g.co/kgs/FrhLZd
These would fit the stock rims without any problems whatsoever.
@@TheTwinPost thank you very much 😀👍
way2speed kit good or bad please tell me bro ? karvana chaiye ki alloy wheels? what is best
Alloy wheels aftermarket vaalo par bharosa nahi kar sakte bhai... Isi liye mene spoke wheels me hi ye kit install karvaya... 8-9 months se use kar raha hu and abhi tak koi issue nahi aaya hai isme.
@@TheTwinPost thank you so much bro 🤗
Ralco pair costed me 6000 rs in mumbai..can you help where u bought it from 4800? Would be very helpful

Meri bike ne agala tyr Suru se hi khaya hai or ab bhi kharahi hai
Iska illaz nahi Mila Abhi tak
Can you suggest tubeless rims?
I would suggest not to go for aftermarket alloy wheels....as far as tubeless rims are concerned - locally it's not available and imported ones cost upwards of 1 lakh rupees...so it's best to convert the existing spoke rims to tubeless with the help of either the Way2Speed tubeless kit or the expensive Outex kit
Interceptor owner my self , Post 110kmph how is the stability?
Hi Syed...these tyres feel good at 110-120 on the highways.... And that's the speed I tour on as well. In the video I did 140 and they felt fine... Not as smooth as the Ceat/Pirellis at those speeds because of the block pattern design.
@@TheTwinPost thanks a ton brother..
Meri bike agla tyr right side ka kharahi hai
I am happy to see that finally, someone else is also endorsing Ralco tyres for Interceptor. I have complete 11,000 km on Ralco and now it's time to change them, and I would be doing so with yet another set of Ralco.
There is a scientific reason, why the front tires need to be flipped. You are right in mentioning that it is otherwise a Rear tire. In case you are interested, you may watch the following videos and you get the details - czcams.com/video/fx21WgVQgig/video.html
Regarding cornering, to what extent should you lean the bike to consider that the tires are good? You actually may not be able to answer till you do it. So, lemme share my small little experience and it might be helpful.
During my Spiti Ride in June, I rode for 3,300 km with a pillion and full luggage load. When I finally got some tarmac in Manali, I was able to lean the extend that my footpeg touched the road.
I must also add, that leaning also largely depends on the riding confidence of the rider and then on the tires.
I am happy to hear about your experience Way2Speed Tubeless conversion. I intend to do it when I get a new set of tires for my Jazba.
Thank you once again for sharing this video.
Happy and safe riding.
Hello Som sir...first of all a big thankyou for taking out time to share your experience in detail. The video you've mentioned above...well I've already seen that and other videos you've made... I had reached out to you on instagram where you replied to my queries before I finally decided to go with these tyres and I'm happy with my decision.
Once again... thankyou and ride safe 🙏

I'm also using it it's. Good and cheap
Bro my tyres are just 2700 km old and i am facing this wobbling issue
The wobbling issue on my bike disappeared after I switched to a new set of tyres... But as soon as I covered around 3-4 thousand kms the wobbling issue has started again
Even i went way 2 tubeless
Plz share the link to buy

Hi, I've the 2021 Interceptor 650 which come with the Ceat Tube tires and I'm facing an issue where the rear wheel feels wobbly at speeds above 60! Any suggestions as to what might be the issue!
This sounds like an alignment issue... because wobbling at such slow speeds is really unusual....best thing is to get it checked from the service center and get it corrected under warranty
looking forward to going tubeless too. Is it still going strong?
I hv the Pirellis
Hi Vikram... it's going absolutely strong (it's been 11+ months) ...one of my friends got it done as well in his Bakers Express (with Pirelli tyres) and he's happy too with the results.
Bro tell me about that clock🤤🤤 would like to buy that

Ceat tyres me bhi wobbling ka issue kaafi logo ko aaya hai
Or jabse apki vovling problem thik hogi hai tab se Apne Kitna km chalaliya hai
Reply me
Ralco tires are almost useless in wet conditions. I've recently installed the rear on my GT 535 and there's absolutely no confidence on turns on wet roads. 😤😤
Hi Avishkar...on wet and not so perfect road conditions I actually felt these to be a bit better than the Pirellis... Just that these are not meant to hit those corners agressively...for that one should go for the Scorpion Trails which are really expensive. Cheaper option like Ceat is good too but since they are tube tyres I didn't have much of a choice.
Plus since these tyres are so cheap....even if I'm done with them I can switch to something better whenever available.
@@TheTwinPost is scorpion is available ?
I faced skidding issue on phantoms in wet muddy roads. Is ceat is better than these phantoms on wet road conditions?
Can't say they are better....phantoms were good as long as the roads were dry and in good condition...Ceat would be as good if not better. I've ridden the Jawa Perak which also has these Ceat Zoom tyres and they felt pretty stable on dry surface... didn't get the opportunity to ride it on wet surface since it wasn't my motorcycle.
They were available with Speedmonks & Pathpavers
Bhai apki bike Kitana chalgya
13,300 kms
I am also about to change the Tyres on my bike for the 2nd time on the rear , 1st time on the front . I haven't converted my rims to tubeless . Should i go for ceat then ?
Absolutely...if you're running tube tyres then Ceat ones are pretty good... they're easily available, affordable plus they have good speed rating and performance as well.
Speed rating of ralco are not compatible with int 650
Yes...and I've mentioned that in the video that these tyres are P-rated i.e 150kmph.
@@TheTwinPost post 150kmph stock tyres of ceat are best!
But they are tube type tires buddy....I have tubeless rims hence I couldn't opt for Ceat tyres
@@TheTwinPost yeah bro i knw but stock are best after 150kmph too oly issue is the wobbling wont let us go so far 🤣
Try a rear 17inch alloy
Bro shows us post 150kmph what will happen with these tyres...😅 im very much curious to know... pls upload a video
Hi Vishnu... The manufacturer claims these tyres shouldn't be used above 150.... So I'm going to follow that and not go beyond the prescribed limit.
@@TheTwinPost bro oh nooo.... what would happen bro if u move cross... we can go 170kmph in our bike.... suddenly wen we get bored if we twist throttle it goes way beyond 150kmph... bro
@@vichu650 Bro as much I've ridden the Interceptor... I can surely say that with its power of 47bhp it won't 'suddenly' go over 150 until you really want it to.... 120-140 feels adequately fast on this bike.
If you plan to go over 150.... And touch its top speed then don't go for Ralco tyres... Go for Pirellis maybe
@@TheTwinPost ok brooo

Bhai itne din baad?
Kuch family & professional commitments aagai thi bhai...Will try to be more consistent.
@@TheTwinPost np. Just was wondering if there was some health related issues.
Wobbling has gone may be due to balanced wheels now.
Every tomdickharry know about that chitchit sound of new tyres, I wonder why you didn't aware about it.
Don't encourage people to ride fast on wrong tyres ( speed rating is 150 kmph) + inverted rear tyre fitted as front tyre.
Well nobody mentioned that part in any of the videos/blogs I came across - so got the risers fixed when I noticed it.
My friend got the wheel balancing done with his 'pirellis' but wobbling issue still remains.
About the speed - 100-120 is the average highway/expressway speed that I do while touring and there was no intention to show off how fast I can go.... 135-140 was just to show that it felt stable.
@@TheTwinPost wobbling may be due to uneven tyre wear and tear ( which happens due to softer tyres + we never balance it) , loose cone set, more or less air than optimum, uneven fork oil levels in both forks, uneven height of forks, out of spec rims. This Ralco tyre is good but loose grip in corners obviously it's not designed for it being rear tyre so ride carefully buddy 👍
