My old Steamvac Agility had the same method of removing the brushroll. I was hesitant to force it off because I didn’t want anything to break but I quickly found out that pulling it off with some force is how you remove it

There are a couple of little clips between the 1st and 2nd brush and 4th and 5th brush that you need to squeeze to release. This will keep you from pulling the brush assembly out with force. Squeezing those clips allow it to come out easy. This will keep you from damaging the plastic clips.
Mine has 6 tabs
Some models are different. This Model No. FH50130 is only connected by the center post. If you pull the brush head forward you'll see that's the only thing connecting the brush head to the unit.
This six tabs you see months bottom of the brush head are there so you can take it apart once it's off. That's what he was talking about at the end.
follow his istructions to remove the brush head and one of the clips broke. Seems like there would be a better way beyond "forcing" it out.

I have a question, and a comment.
I bought the Hoover power scrub spinscrub and it has a red and white brush, every video ive seen so far has the green brushes. I'm not sure if you can tell me , if they are mostly the same, Ok, I have commercial carpet, and it seems that my hoover cleaner only spins when i'm on the thicker carpeting, but, not on the commercial carpet. What can i do to get it to spin? Is there a lever somewhere i can click to so it maybe gets into the thicker carpeting. Can I tweek it where i put something in between to act as if it is thick carpet if there is no lever???

Followed your instructions. One of the clips broke when pulling it out!!!! :(
They’re cheap plastic. Technically these machines are made to be thrown out. With age plastics become brittle too.
The brushes doesn't move they are stuck
Excuse me please.i need your help I open this part to wash it but when I to return it all brushes fall down except in the middle it stay. How can I resolved that ?
YES, omg! I have been STUCK on this since I bought the machine a month ago. I cannot find ANY information online about it. It seems so simple, but I cannot figure it out.
FOUND IT! It's in his video, "Hoover Spinscrub Full Teardown" at about the half way point. I have NO clue what I was doing wrong when I was trying before. I think I may have been putting the clear plastic on first.... Put the brushes in, THEN put the clear plastic over it into the hooks. Worked right away
