Another proof for me that the fibromyalgia- label is curable/ reversible!
You explained your inner conflict that lead to your Tms- condition so well Gabriela!
Congrats on implementing the tools and strategies.
It must feel amazing for you, and your whole family to finally overcome this painful condition.
Thanks for giving me hope.
Thanks Dan for another great successtory, because she really IS! 🙏❤🎉🎉🎉
Gives you hope Inge. I am 74 now. 3 years no improvement. In fact anxiety flared. But I’m here everyday. I know what to do. I know not what to do. But somehow not working for me. But it will. Nice to talk to you. X
Thank you for giving those diagnosed with fibromyalgia hope!
🕯💜🦋✨
Yess! Have a peaceful beautiful Sunday Raj!🌼🌺🌸🤗
@@Inge508 you too! 🫶🏽
Hi Gabriela. It was lovely to hear you telling your success story. I used to enjoy being on the Thursday night group with you. You were always there, week after week, and you were so friendly and inclusive. I wishvyou all the best for your dancing days. May there be many, many more. NZ Chris.
Thank you Gabriela for your honesty & openness. I also find meditation instrumental in calming my mind. As another "diagnosed" fibro person I truly appreciate you sharing your recovery. It all resonates & gives such hope. And as you said I absolutely agree with your words that Dan's simple, calm & consistent presence was my favourite tms approach....and thank you Dan for being YOU❤
Thank you so much for this inspiring testimonial! Your smile really is contagious, Gabriela❣ Thank you for sharing your findings and experiences! This is so helpful! Thank you, Dan for the opportunity to listen to this real story!❤❤❤
Have a wonderful Saturday all here! 🌞
Have a wonderful Saturday Rike❤
@@Inge508For you too, Inge💖 How is the weather in France? We´ve got a nice spring day with 🌞 and 12 degrees Celsius à Aix-la-Chapelle😊
@@Rike-gr1jgenjoy the spring-day!! Here rain and 10 degrees but next week the sun arrives, that will be so lovely ❤
I so want to speak with a real life person who has actually recovered from PDP fear. I reached out to a person locally here in Australia via a therapist I am seeing but this AU person turned down my request to speak with them. I am nearly 50 years old and it saddens me to miss out on life experiences which are good because the recovery from fear has been so elusive for the past 5 years.
I am glad Gabriela found her way to recover from PDP fear. I hope I can too.
It has alluded me too so far. But I travel hopefully 🤞
Thank you for sharing Gabriela. ❤ thank you for uploading Dan ❤❤
I was Catholic and my mom was over protective, but I am not blaming her because she did not know that she was lol Oh and I am also 54. But yes, I am doing more strength work now which is good for us and for our future self. You sound so much like me with being hyper-vigilant in our brain. So glad your fear now is coming down a lot. Mine is too and watching Dan's channel has helped me so much. Yes, peace in our mind and knowing we are safe and our body is fine is so important to calm the nerves. Our brains are so powerful, and wonderful.
Mi hermosa hermana!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Great interview, so happy for her
Inspiring. Encouraging. So pleased for you Gabriel. I am very alone in this. I have family. Thankfully not TMS effected. I have no friends. I wonder if my loneliness is a part of my lack of success. 74. Hard to meet people. I’m gregarious. But no one. Sometimes to just relax and chat. I wish.
Great video Dan. Thank you. X
While friends are nice, they are not required for success in ending TMS. You can do this.
Friends for sociability. To laugh with. Not tms. Make a difference. I have too much thinking time. Dan. I miss my friends. They've all died. Just a Cuppa and a chat. 😏
Can you head to a local cafe and strike up some conversation? @@merildo
Thank you Gabriela for sharing your story. You have inspired me and given me hope. Love your smile. Thanks Dan for another success story.💕💕🥰💕💕
Wonderful and inspiring discussion. And what a beautiful person Gabriela is! Blessings to you both.
I looooooved your story so inspiring ty Gabriela I am on my way slowly but steady sending you lots of love ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕
Even though she doesn’t look a day over 30 (she actually is!), it’s great to know that even if you’re older and have aches and pains you can lower the volume of pain.
She doesn't have constant aches and pains. She will sometimes get a small onset of TMS/PDP and will resolve it quickly because she knows what it is and not to feed it will fear or attention. She has cured her chronic pain.
actually, more younger people have pain. Super old people have less pain. Not that she is super old, but my point is our brains are causing the pain and younger people have really high sensory receptors going to the brain. So age does not have anything to do with this.
I must be the exception to the rule. 66 now with TMS symptoms but in my younger years not so much.
❤ Really Enjoyed this Podcast.. Thank you Gabriela for sharing your story.. I can relate to many parts of you story.. Thank you Dan for having these stories told..
I think we can lower the volume of our pains at any age.. it depends on how good you are at discovering the inner turmoil that’s at the root of your Tms-pain.. we are neuroplastic until we die, so isn’t that a wonderful perspective?🌺
Gaby!!! Yes girl!!!! I am so incredibly proud of you!!! You are a rock star!!! You’ve had quite a journey and look at you now!!! ❤❤❤
I am so happy that you are free of chronic pain!! And more importantly you are free from fear!!! I love that you are continuing with your strength training journey. I agree with you 100% that getting physically stronger by lifting weights helps your
mindset. I find lifting calms my mind and is a powerful message of safety to my brain.
It was such an honor to be in Dan’s group with you. You were always such a bright light, cheering everyone on and showing up each week with that beautiful smile of yours. Keep dancing, smiling and lifting!!! Love you so much girl & I hope our paths cross one day!! ❤❤❤
Absolutely awesome x
Another wonderful success story. Thank you Gabriela and Dan, It makes so much difference to me to hear these.
Thank you so much Gabriela!
She is an inspiration ❤❤❤
Another great interview!! I related a lot to her story. Thank you so much Gabriela for sharing your story.
Thank you so much. Or helps me so much❤
🎉🎉🎉Thank you! Wonderful information 🙏🏻💞
Thank you Gabriela for sharing your story and such an encouragement for us. 🎉 I remember you in the coaching calls! I may need to rejoin as I haven’t YET convinced my scared brain I’m safe. Dan, YOU are definitely an excellent coach and thank you for posting this video. ❤
You are so welcome!
Gaby!! So proud of you!! What an amazing person you are to help yourself in such a loving way! BRAVISSIMA! ♥️♥️♥️
Dan, it would be immensely helpful if you could do a success story with someone who had full body nerve pain like small fiber neuropathy, there are some people who claim they have healed but I haven’t heard any success stories on any TMS channel.
Here is one for you: czcams.com/video/bgr4pMs7RDM/video.html
Have you done the assessments to rule IN TMS/PDP? IsThisPDP.com - if it says TMS, then you can get well.
@@PainFreeYou thanks. yeah, 43 points! Just always so afraid of my weird neurological symptoms. Will follow your channel and videos :)
WOW ❤
Ballet is hard on the body - i took it for a few months and found it very unnatural to the body so i switched to tap dance and Swing.
Success stories have started having the opposite of the desired effect on me. I’ve made no progress in over 2 years of TMS methods… pretty much given up now
Gosh! I’m sorry! Please know that there are people pulling for you! If I can anyone can. My pain not gone but lowered. Keep calm and carry on.
Don’t give up. Start at the beginning.
What seems to excite you? What encourages calm? For me, it’s exercise, art, reading, listening to music, etc. What brings on the stress and pain (or whatever symptom you’re enduring)? Start to notice.
If the success stories leave you frustrated, pass them by. Focus on the fundamentals which I cover in my fast start playlist. Watch. Take notes. Recommit. Implement. Repeat until well. DansFastStart.com
You CAN do this. I believe in you.
What TMS are you suffering from

That's sounds a bit unfair. I'm listening at 1.5x speed and understanding every single word. Her English is better than a lot of native speakers
