My latest Facebook ad post, is getting an amazing CTR (ALL), which means that my Headline (1st paragraph) is doing its job; then, this ad is getting likes, loves and even 1 share, which means the copy is good and its doing its job; the problem is my CTA, which is getting 0 clicks (the link), therefore I'll try your 4 P's and then let you know how it went... Start by researching companies you love and see if they are hiring. You may want to volunteer first to get clients!
