Love this! Such great advice! But I'm a little ADHD - I feel like each point could almost be its own video because after 2 or 3 valuable points, I've ordered pizza for my family of 6, folded a load of laundry, scolded my 7 y/o, and checked e-mail to change a password. I may be a little glazed. Don't worry: for actual work, I go to an office outside the house because I tried an office share and literally tripled my productivity just because there's nothing else that "needs to get done now" in that little white box but work itself, so I can focus there. *For those of you with a large family and small house, i suggest an office share for work. I get 3 weeks worth of work done in 1 week there, and literally have been able to take on 3x the amount of projects per month. The difference is that dramatic. CZcams tutorials like this are so much fun, so I tend to multitask at home with these. Most times I can catch a gist without having to go full focus, but this one is so full of great content that I had to laser in. Totally worth it! Thank you!

A lead is any person who enters into your sale's funnel, or anyone who expresses an interest in your services! A landing page can be the a part of the process to get a customer to your sales page. Other aspects of the sales funnel can also bring your customer to the sales page. A landing page can also be used to capture leads via a lead magnet. Hope this helps!

Thanks for your questions! It really does depend on your business, your industry, your marketing strategy etc You can find success without a lead magnet. You've got to know your audience and your target client. :)

I disagree doubling your opt in rates doubles your business. Because getting a lot of freebies seekers on your list doesn't guarantee doubling your sales or profits.

Yeah, you can write a landing page with a Buy Now CTA. Also called a Sales Page, sometimes those terms are used interchangeably :)

Nope not at all! There are programs and tools that make creating them super easy. Or you can always hire someone to do it for you.
