- Hey, y'all! I'm at Timberline Homes today in Alexandria, Alabama and I have a nice 2 bed 2 bath home coming in at $63,000! This is a basic home with, but still made with quality in mind.

I love this house, it's perfect for me, a single guy and a dog. Love the colors inside and out, I would want carpeted bedrooms. Also, don't know if they could do this or not; it would be nice if that peninsula were pushed back about one foot towards the rest of the kitchen so you could allow for a larger dining room; I think you would still have a large enough walk through if you did this?? Anyway, this is a beautiful home at an incredible price for a poor guy like me! Thanks for another awesome tour Todd!!

This is a very nice small home. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. I really like it. I found your books on Amazon. I read quite a bit, and westerns are definitely not my thing, but I'm gonna read the first one at least, lol. Great tour.

Mobile homes are becoming a better option than concrete base homes. I’m here in Alabama(Northeast), too.
They are a great option, so much better made than they used to be. I used to hate them, then I started studying about them, and fell in love with them. Hope you are staying cool! Thank you so much for commenting!

You mentioned that you have a modular home. Could we get an updated tour of how your interior is?? I dont see one on your channel
Mine isn't a modular its manufactured. The last one I did was welcome to my home and I have another from in December. When I get a a few more rooms fixed up I will put another one on. Thank you for asking for more, I appreciate that.
Do they deliver to Mississippi? It's nice for a single person
I don't believe this dealership does, but when talking with them, they did say that Timberline does have some dealerships in Mississippi. Just check around, I'm sure even if it isn't Timberline that a local dealership can get it.

I don't like that it is not full sheetrock
Some people don't, some do. I like not having the full sheet rock because the VOG is easy to clean. Great thing about these homes you can always find what you want or at least what you can afford.
