I don't really care for the flooring but otherwise it's nice for the price. I can't believe how much your electric bill is, especially with this heat. That's a nice plus for the e-built. Thanks for the tour, Todd.

Would've liked to have seen more of the island...the side with the cabinets

I'd want a different style of kitchen sink, I've got dishes and pots bigger than those individual sides have space for.

Kitchen cabinets need and should have adjustable shelves
Don't want any of the built ins in the Den.
Please make sure to show the overview of the rooms i e. The kitchen, didn't get the best look at The Kitchen untill you were coming out of the master bedroom the rest of the shots were all close ups. I still didn't get to see the front side of the kitchen island, only the back side from coming out of the Master bedroom.

If you have animals or kids the VOG is so much easier to clean. I like mine myself.
Very nice home, I really like the floorplan and colors! I would want carpeted bedrooms, white trim with baseboards, an opening transom in the main bath, and delete the finish on the bar in the kitchen and make it the same finish as the cabinets. I would also add an exterior door to the left of the entertainment center to go to the attached 2 car garage. This is another keeper, love when they have an added family room! Floor plan is not bad. Too much gray. I use to want gray and always assumed I would have gray walls in my future home, but this video alone changed my mind lol. Kinda depressing. Thought it would make me think of rainy weather but it just makes it sad and boring lol. Maybe it would be better with furniture and staging. But this house had so much potential but not quite there for me. It felt small (though I know it’s not). There was no pantry either. Terrible placement of the water heater in my personal opinion. The master closet is definitely too small. Very basic and cookie cutter. Would prefer something more unique. I do appreciate the tour though. Thank you sir 😊

If you have ACTUAL A/C THEY AUTOMATICALLY DEHUMIDIFY SO SHOULDN'T NEED A SEPARATE ONE. If not in Alabama PLEASE let me know
I have ac but, I have a dehumidifier and before I put the hose on it I was having to empty it every day. The humidity here is horrible!
Do you know if you can get this model with the AC vents on the roof instead of the floor
You would have to ask the dealer. I don't know what options you have.
NOT a fan of walking through and by my dining table with My laundry.
