- Hey, y'all! I'm back at Freedom Homes in Alexandria, Alabama, with another great home. It's a single wide with a nice master closet, a separate tub, and shower. It also has a pantry, a nice kitchen layout with a great area for a dining room table, and a patio door. A really nice home! At time of recording the home in May of 2024 the price is $87,900!

Really like this home, great colors and floorplan! For me, I would add carpeted bedrooms, an opening transom window in the main bath, and opening full size windows in the master bath and laundry room. This is another keeper, really like this one! Thanks for the tour!

Like the idea of shower only in MB, can you get shower instead of tub in guest bath? Is there room in utility room for a sink? No linen storage? Like the home, but a few changes!
On changes you would have to ask your local dealer. I'm not sure what options are possible. There are so many homes with what you want its nice to shop around. If you are looking for one and you see one on line let me know and if I can find it I will put it on the channel. Thanks for commenting!
Nice but not so nice with the damn strips throughout. One would think by now manufacturers would come up with something better to not use the strips.
Yeah, the strips are a point of contention for a lot of people. They don't bother me, but a lot they do.
