Another beautiful home from Sunshine...I'm really starting to love this builder. I especially like the Euro appliances they use! Only changes I would do to make it my own; carpeted bedrooms; a window in the hallway to beds 2 & 3; an opening transom above the tub in the main bath; a regular door to the pantry, the island would have matching cabinetry to the rest of the kitchen, move up the bottom 2 shelves in the laundry room to allow for a small chest freezer; and a regular door on the furnace. Incredible, value filled home for the money! ❤😊

I love this one. I'd definitely trade one of the vanities for a tub. I don't need 2 sinks anyway, lol. Thanks for touring more single wides.

The master bathroom is very nice but wish they would put linen cabinet in there like on top of the sink vanity in between the two sinks. The kitchen is very nice with Great cabinets for lot's of storage going all the way to the ceiling and adjustable shelves. Even a space for the dining table.
