Those are the actual prices of the ones on their lot, but I'm sure if you made a lot of customization to them the would be more. I was wanting to do the video on the Bigfoot over the weekend, but I'm having to figure out how to show the pictures, I'm not good at editing LOL.

Thanks Joel for your input. I'm a Christian and a preacher, so there are things I shouldn't believe, but I've had things happen and seen things that are paranormal that I can't explain. I may one night a week after I get off work do a few episodes with different true stories that I have encountered or know directly from friends and family that happened to them.

If you have seen any of my videos from Mintons Home Center they do deliver to Georgia. I don't know how much they would charge, but you can contact them. Some of the other dealers on here may deliver there, but I'm not sure if they do or not. Hope that helps.

I don't sell them, just go around and video homes. I have several lower priced homes on the channel. There are several in the $60,000 to $70,000 range. What area are you in?

@@LifescrazyAdventure I'm not asking for myself, I have a house. I know young adults who are forced to continue living with their parents despite being employed full time. Price of rent is so high that they would have to have 3-4 housemates all working full time jobs with starting wages. Retired people are in the same boat. Their pensions or social security benefits aren't enough to rent a studio apartment nowadays. Someone, somewhere needs to get housing back below $50k.

Sadly as bad as the economy is we may never see prices like that again, especially if we keep the same ones in power in the government that put is into this. Not until we get things back pre 2020 will people be able to afford anything.

You can look at Atkinson Homes in Childersburg, AL. They had some great homes, I just haven't had the time to get back down there. Not sure on the prices, but your local independent dealers will usually have better prices with what I saw. Epic is just a line of homes. You have the Epic Journey series and the Epic Adventure Series. I believe this is Epic Adventure Series. You can look up the different ones. They are basic homes, but still have the porcelain sinks, and other quality features. You only get a few options where they can keep the price lower.
