5 Bedroom 3 Bath Budget Friendly Home!

Hey, y'all! I have a nice home coming in between $135,000 to $139,000! This home is 2001 sqft with a big walk-in closet, separate tub and shower in the master bedroom. Nice cabinets and counters. A good budget friendly home if you have a bunch of kids. Nothing fancy, but nice.

This is a big, beautiful home, I like all the rooms and space! To make it mine, I would add/change the following. Carpeted bedrooms with ceiling fans/lights. Lighter flooring, more white/grey tones. Flush mounted ceiling fans in den/living room; dont like lights on those, thats what lamps are for. I would like white baseboards if available and a patio door in the dining room. I would reconfigure the laundry room shelves to accommodate room for a freezer, an opening window above the kitchen sink and master tub, and finally, I would want fibreglass tub/shower enclosures; the master shower with a seat also. Not too many changes, also a more grey/white board and batten as opposed to beige. Im not a big fan of anything brown, usually. Thanks for another great tour Todd, even as a single guy, I would still like a home like this because I've lived in apartments so long, I WANT BIG!!

I can't believe the price for this one. It is quite nice and I agree with the changes that you recommended. I think you forgot to show the vanity area in the master so I assume it was double sinks. I loved the tour. You did a great job, per usual. 💜
