- Hey, y'all! I'm at Atkinson Homes in Childersburg, Alabama, with an amazingly gorgeous home. This home is very high-end, coming in at between $205,000 to $215,000. I love the layout, and you have a vaulted ceiling in the dining area, spacious rooms, and optional fireplace place in the den. I went through it, and new I had to put this one on the channel even though I try to mostly put the affordable ones on here. I fell in love with this home! Atkinson Homes has some of the most beautiful homes I've seen, and I hope to go back and get more of them for you.

Really like the kitchen window and that it opens as well as the window over the tub, just would want the window to be clear glass and get blinds on it. I wish that the bathroom transom Windows opened.
I'd get in some other color scheme so more warm and inviting but really like this home.
I'd add a fireplace for the den as well. With some augmentation on some things this would be a great home for me.

One more shelf for the pantry
I would request the thermostat to be placed either farther down the hallway or at the beginning corner of the wall so furniture placement and decor can easily be placed.
I would order extra shelves for the cabinets in the kitchen
Only true fail is the water heater inside the master closet behind a panel. It's a nightmare. I know I have that in mine and My closet is just a wardrobe style.
Has ok number of upper cabinets but really would want more.
Living room seems small (width) and prefer hvac vents in ceiling. I’d make a few changes but nice home.
Best looking electric fireplace but I hate electric fireplace elongated look, I would want a gas log or wood burning traditional style fireplace and I don't want my TV above the fireplace.
You probably can option in a wood burning or at least gas fireplace.
Love this home but needs 1/2 bath and master bath needs seat in shower.
