- Hey, yall! I'm back at Timberline Homes in Alexandria AL. I have a great little single wide with 900 sqft, it has a tile shower, beams in the living room, and great closet space. It also has3 entrances. This home is priced at $79,000. Check out Timberline Homes they have some great ho.es on their lot!
If I forgot anything it was hot and a smoke detector kept beeping so I got in a hurry.
I forgot to add I love how stream-lined this sales center is with the pertinent information plainly listed so you can go directly to what matches your criteria, a 7 year old could follow this map.
Yes, I liked having the map, it makes it so much easier for me to find them, so I know it would be great for a customer.

Yep, that was me, but I know some people don't want the hssel of a bigger home. If I was just starting out or hadn't lived in the big old house I grew up in this would be great.
Nice home! Would want white siding and carpeted bedrooms. The master bedroom lacks wall space for a dresser and mirror. Love the front porch, would probably eliminate that side door, takes up too much room from an already small living room. Overall, very nice home, thanks for the tour Todd?

I liked this one. It's nice for the price. I don't like the floors cause it reminds me of camo, but that's a me thing, lol.

It's nice but i would change the kitchen to an 8ft island, eliminate the door in the kitchen, and I don't need the 2nd bedroom that would be a pantry or master closet and expand the master bath, if I want a 2nd bedroom I'll just get an 80 footer and same, but for the price this is doable and I make those changes myself. I will check out your books.

I noticed that, I'm sure once put on your property it would be fixed right. They are under warranty so they will fix it the way it should be before you take it over.
The beeping is indicator to Change batteries in smoke detector sound is annoying as heck why put windows above toilet not sensible you doing your thronely business anything can come thru window you done for
