You need to write an owner manual for your next owners for all the things you have done nd realtors can refer to it in 40 years.
That's awesome, yall did such an amazing job. I've commented quite a few times on the live episodes and shared I recently purchased 6.5 acres. Getting it cleared finally next week if the rain holds off then we'll be building on it. Pretty excited to homestead with the wife and kiddo on it. Just wanted to share that, congrats on what all yall have accomplished!
Very happy for you, starting something like that is always so exciting.
Wow. Would be cool to watch you build yours out like watching these 2.
Brandon, thank you for this. My wife and I ordered our AG barn style pole barn kit from Strouds Buildings and we're starting our build next week. We put one 12x30 up a few months ago to put our RV in, and I'm impressed with how quick and simple the whole setup was. It took me five days. Just FIVE days! Crazy. Anyhow, I never would have gone down this road had it not been for your video series on the house build. Thank you again! Always a pleasure.
My pleasure, enjoy the journey.
CONGRATULATIONS!!!! Sounds sooooo EXCITING!!!🤗
BEST of LUCK to YOU &
GOD BLESS!!!🙌
You had me at the pantry! IWANT THAT PANTRY!!!!
We LOVE a big pantry! We've never regretted it!
Hell yeah. My cousin has a pantry with a half sized door that goes into the garage for easy grocery unloading
Lovely camera shot of the pool and patio to start the video. Looks amazing. You 2 should be very proud.
We are, thank you!
@TKCL 👍🏽 hope you 2 are setting up them pool ball for the match later
As a professional builder , I would highly suggest to take extreme caution with any kind of battery system, they often burn, and when they do, it’s a disaster.
As for myself, I plan to live a lifestyle like youreself sometime in the future, but I plan on building a basement of concrete reinforced walls just for storage of batteries.
They are highly hazardous in a house...
Straight ignored your comment😂
@@TzUuup i like to Think he is a busy person, and he didn’t see my comment 😃
But I can’t understand why he put the main battery storage next to the gas and diesel tanks on the wood shed, and inside the house in the pantry storage( food is very flammable, believe it or not 😃).
Both places can become bombs in case of a battery fire.
I’ve seen some fires in my life, but nothing compares to a battery fire.
@@benjaminsagau i agree with you brotha he just didn't like your comment
YOUR PLACE LOOKS STUNNING 😮 😊
CONGRATULATIONS
Thank you!! 😊
Soft close doors/seats are such a must have. I 100% agree.
I really like and agree with you about the high ceilings in the living room and your kitchen looks stunning and I love that you went with high cabinets
No way can we ever afford anything like y'all have. However I really appreciate all the building tips to save money on a new build. We're buying 2 1/2 acers here in Oklahoma. And we're just happy to get a used single wide trailer to fix up. We live in our 5th wheel and trust me it ain't glamorous 😅. We don't get to travel. God blessed us and I am looking forward to self sufficiency. God bless y'all, you have a beautiful home.😊
Got to start somewhere.
Never say never.
Absolutely beautiful ❤️. I'm in love with that pantry outdoor space and the options to expand 🎉
So so smart to have a separate thermostat for your bedroom love it
I'll take stop overselling this beautiful house on one condition Ruger must stay. From the first video I watched I had never seen a barndominum I love it all. Ed in Partlow Virginia
What a very ingenious idea for the linen stuff in the bathroom.
Thank you for this video home update. You guys have a beautiful and forever home.
Thank you so much
I love everything you did, you put so much thought into it. Hopefully I’ll be able to build soon.
It sure has been fun watching you build your home.
And the fun continues...
Thank you for watching and the support
Been watching since the tornado. Loved watching you build your home, outdoor kitchen, all of it. I'm staying for everything else you guys have going on.
We appreciate that!
Excellent video! Loved this! I am so impressed with both of you. Congratulations on a gorgeous home and property!
Thank you so much!
What a great use of space you guys did a fabulous job and thought of so many many things in the future
Hi Andrew and Tiffany, the panning shots of our home at the first part of the video
,your home looks fantastic. I personally love every thing you both have done with the build. There was a lot of thought put into all you have done and it shows. Nice going back and remembering the time of the build and seeing the finished product. Love you guys and your videos. 👍👍❤️❤️🇨🇦
Thanks so much! We appreciate you and your support.
Loved the drone footage...it gives a totally different perspective to an already great looking space! Happy Birthday Tiffany🎂🎈🎁
Thank you
I remember it from the beginning, Exiting adventure! Glad to see you happy with it

Great follow-up and insights, guys. Can't believe it's already been two years!
We can't believe it either! Take care, good to hear from you.
I really like your laundry room and the fact that you put a big sink. I think it’s so important to have especially if you have pets or children.
Wow, 2 years already, time flies. Beautiful home 🏡 💕
It sure does
Excellent Video!!! So happy that you and Tiffany did this 2-year update. The information on this channel is some of the best you can find on the internet. Thanks again for all that you do.
Our pleasure! Thank you
That was such a professional tour and exit of your vodeo. The sound from your microphones is excellent. You gave alot of good ideas to think about.
Thank you so much!
I’m so glad y’all posted this. I always see barndo videos but never pros and cons. I’m looking to get land in my hometown in Georgia in the future, I look forward to more of your videos.
Glad it was helpful!
Hello Andrew and Tiffany 🥰 I enjoy following along on your home build. Your channel is outstanding. 🤗👍
Thank you so much 🤗
I love the pre planning for additions in mind with full header support to remove walls and adding outdoor plumbing for possible additions.
Thank you, it's not much investment to plan ahead.
Very thorough and detailed video. Thank you as I learned a lot. Can't wait to watch your previous videos as really curious to see the build. Love the home ... simply beautiful and functional. Definitely appreciate the tour, the valuable tips shared and how the overall design fits both your lifestyle and needs, including the 🐕 's. Awesome 👌

Thank you for watching
Amazing video! Don't forget to come to the live tonight at 7PM EST. Wonderful group of people and it will be a lot of fun as we'll be celebrating Tiffany's Birthday!
Thank you Crystal
Beautiful outdoor space, I even like the chipped paint on the counter, high traffic means lots of use, lots of ❤
It's definitely used a lot
you guys are sooo lucky. You have perfectly what i want with house, outside patio/grill, pool, garage with huge carport.. This is perfect
We are blessed
Wonderful. Great video and inspiration.
Great video. lots of information some of us never think about until you move in.
Thank you for watching
I like that pantry and the wire shelves airy and clean ability. Estimate prices over the years breakdowns. Customer cabinet in bathroom, and your kitchen cabinets work.
Very nice! I watched the whole home building series. We’re actually planning to move to Florida this year to be an owner builder for our house.
You Guys are so blessed my husband &I have always wanted one of these but health problems interfered. With that but you have a beautiful place God bless you and your family
Just Beautiful
Thank you so much, God bless.

Excellent video. Purposefully and efficiently done. Awesome in every way.

Wow, it's hard to believe it's been 2yrs ago. Still looking awesome, absolutely love the outdoor kitchen and pool area.
Time flies!
Y’all did a great job beautiful piece of property. I’ll followed you from time to time and y’all do some awesome work. You take your time to do it right and it’s just beautiful great job!! 👍👍👍👍
Thank you for watching and the support
This is a very thoughtful build.
I learned a lot and lots of things to keep in mind! Beautiful home.
So glad!
Great video - a good add to the walk in shower would be a foot rail (and hand hold) to help reach your legs and feet.
I really enjoyed your videos. I just watched a bunch back to back.
Our living situations are night and day. I'm a Brit living in the mountains of Mongolia. My wife and I live in a yurt camp which is also a tourist camp. I was mainly interested in making our outdoor terrace more useful for more of the year. The drop down shades were interesting.
We have to make most of our own stuff. There's much less available off the shelf. We up-cycle a lot of stuff, rather than buy new. We don't have the funds to buy new commercial stuff.
Glad you enjoy the content
Hi from Brazil Andrew and Tiffany. It's só amazing watching how you guys take care of your property, doing things by your self. Congratulations. Hope soon you can upload 4K vídeos tô become more espetacular on big screens. all the best for you both. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Thanks so much!
What a great and organized pantry
I have pantry envy. Ours is one of those little corner pantries that only a small child can actually enter and find anything in. It was very smart of you to go big and wire for a freezer as well!
Great video yall! Enjoyed the update!!
Thanks for watching!
Omg this is our exact design planning I love this, now I need to go watch every video leading up to this.
Over 200 videos and counting, enjoy.
@@TKCL LOL, I’m on the video “why we decide the country” and y’all are out on your boat on the river.. thank you all for good content!
Fantastic video. Your house is gorgeous. You all did an awesome job. For the future, I'm thinking of building one like it next to my existing home. If everything works out, one of my children can move into our existing home and start their family there. Our place will be far enough away to allow privacy, but grandma and grandpa will be close by when needed.
Go for it! Thanks for watching.
Absolutely beautiful, such a beautiful couple also❤❤❤ God bless.
Thank you so much!!
Tiff needs to make a “How To” video showing how she rolled your bath towels! Great video!
Lol I'll ask her 😉
This is so informative! You guys did a great job!
Thanks so much!
Congratulations! And, thanks for all the info!
Thank you so much
The update full review was extremely helpful. THANK YOU. I have 2 inquiries.
the open rafters of your outdoor living space...have birds and pests found it as a haven? How do you evict them? AND does the humidifier collect a measurable amount of water? (Florida I am sure that can't be duplicated in other states) do you reserve for garden etc?
Confirmation: Hubby has to sleep in the artic. We have always had a separate A/C for the sleeping chamber (no closets/rr either!) and agree to really fortify your walls and ceilings. Sound deadening is not the same as insulation-advise to do both so you can nap through anything, any hour of the day. He did some wizardy that tricks our ac condenser in the winter to cycle below the 62-degree factory setting. Snow on the ground, the a/c will not serve you cold air without the wizardry. THANKS AGAIN!
You sure have created a beautiful and inviting home !! I want one just like it Haha
Thank you so much!
Great job! I enjoyed watching this :)
Glad you enjoyed it!
Your home is very nice:) you put a ton of hours into it and you learned a lot as you built it:) It’s been fun seeing it all come together:) The pool and deck is awesome !!! Now to see you build the next part, the great fire pit area:) When are the animals coming? Tfs and God bless:)
I plan to start the animal fencing this fall after it cools off from the heat of summer.
This is amazing!! I love this channel!!
Glad you enjoy it!
I love this so much.❤❤❤❤❤
Beautiful property! You guys know your stuff.
Thanks for watching

Very informative and resourceful!
Glad you think so!
Love your barndomimium! - watching from Lake Wales, Florida
Thank you for watching
It doesn’t seem like it’s been 2 years already! You will need to do another update at 5 years! You both seem to be very pleased with your home, I can see why, it’s beautiful!
Time sure flies
You made a lot of great decisions. It looks awesome!
Thank you!
Nice work great job. 🎉
Thank you!
Thank you!
Thank you for watching!
I like it. I would not have a pool, but in the same area a raised garden and the huge porches, I would have closed in with windows and screens to be 4 seasons porches. I also would like a woodburning cook stove on the porch and inside along with all electrical appliances inside including the regular stove. I don't really care for high ceilings, so I would have raised that and made an upstairs. The 4 season porch could then extend upward to the upstairs as well. Oh, I forgot to add that I would like lanterns all along all the walls just in case the electricity goes out. That is where the woodburning cookstoves on the porch and in the kitchen would help heat. Yes, the kitchen would have two stoves. One woodburning and the other electrical. I like the idea of large farm sinks everywhere. I like the idea of no bathtubs. Only showers. And I like the idea of half baths with large farm sinks. I would need two downstairs and two upstairs. Showers upstairs. The bedrooms are all upstairs. Downstairs would be split into three areas. One single large center for family holidays and on each side of the house a room where the men can go and the women on the other side. Games. Player piano. TVs and CD movie machines along with at least one good old-time radio with speakers throughout the house. I like the idea of having double doors to enter and upstairs a double door and a pulley system to lower the floor from the upstairs to take furniture upstairs more easily without having to use the stairwell. Solar Cells and a couple of wind turbines that look like windmills. A joined car garage with a drain so I may wash the car inside the garage and above the garage a studio with a small kitchenette and single fold up/fold down wall bed. Oh, yes. I like the idea of no carpet anywhere.
Sounds like YOU NEED to BUILD YOUR OWN HOUSE, and PLEASE SHOW US, when it's COMPLETED!!!😊
Something I have done is when I build large showers, I put the valve near the entrance and the shower head away from the entrance. There is no need to have the valve located right under the shower head as is normally done. I also try to eliminate the shower door. Very little splash will get out of an opening 6 feet from the shower head.
We considered the valve placement as you described.
Great job!
Thanks!
Wow great video never thought of the doors in the bedrooms being noisy lol while sleeping
Makes a difference
I love the way your house I love the way your house looks I wish I😊😅
Beautiful Home!!
Thank you very much!
Great Video, Thank you!
Thank you for watching
Haven't watched your channel in a while. Lots of forethought and you own sweat equity made for a beautiful home. Great job guys! Cheers from Tallahassee!
Thank you
Beautiful property, bought one of your hats to promote the channel.
Awesome! Thank you!
I enjoyed so much your building videos, even electrical, lol
Glad you like them!
Love it 👍🏻
Beautiful this would great in Louisiana
I LOVE your porch!
Thank you, we do too.
Look like you guys did your homework. We purchased our home a decade ago when we were much younger and had a house full of kids and my parents. The house is empty now but downsizing is a fool's earned. It would cost me more to downsize than to stay in our too-big of a house. I thank the Good Lord that he brought to mind what we would need to live in our house as we have aged in place. Years ago we started upgrading things. We had energy-efficient windows installed. I had a ton more insulation added as well. Our light fixtures have LED lights. Sadly it would be a tear down to upgrade the insulation in the walls and our house wiring is Aluminum. We live in a very hot climate in North TX. Yet our electric bills are low. We have a 200 sq ft home and last month's electric bill was around 125. We upgraded our HVAC a few years back to a multistage one that runs at varying tonnage.
We used a Tilcor metal roof. Looks just like shingles but lifetime insulated hail proof.
Looks like a great house for a couple .
Thank you
Beautiful.
Thank you!
The echoes would need to be taken care of for me. Very interesting. Thank you.
I don't notice them after two years
Yell have a beautiful home God bless yell enjoy yell home ❤
Thank you, God bless!
