We decided to get the Boone because of your videos. We’re under contract now. There weren’t really any other videos of it (especially not the newer floor plan) so without you posting these, we probably wouldn’t have known about how awesome it was. We are also getting brick underpinning and would love to see an updated daytime tour of yours showing the decks and everything outside now. Thanks so much for posting!

Congratulations! I love my home, it's been great! I won't say everything has been perfect, but what problems I've had were minor and fixed. Right now I just have the back deck. I'm having to wait to sell my old house before I do the front porch and put a garage at the side of the home. When I finally get that up I will post it. I'm not good at yard work so right now it's not the greatest LOL. I really hope you enjoy your home as much as I have mine. Best wishes to you!

Beautiful home ❤, I love the cabinets,I love all the colors,interior and exterior,I would do the same for the flooring 🙂 I don't like carpeting,I would just choose area rugs,much easier to replace 🙄 best of luck with your new home ❤

I like the cabinet color, looks like a drift wood kinda, I agree with you that the Laundry room as is will function much better like you said built additional pantry space and one of my biggest issues is the placement of the water heater and it is exactly where and how it belongs. I would have requested that the base cabinet that you are calling the coffee bar be the Drawers over doors style cabinets and that would have given you 2-3 more Drawers depending on their size. I don't mind the closet inside the bathroom as much as I do no door on it so again I would have requested a door be put in to the closet. The wood paneling in the living room really gives this place a higher end look and feel. The sinks in the bathrooms I would agree with you heading towards a oblong or football 🏈 shape. MY only concern is I didn't see any coat closet or linen closets, other than that this is a very nice home you have and in a nice area too. I'm a Cook and baker and the "coffee bar looks like the perfect place for my KitchenAid stand mixers and where I would have all my baking supplies etc. And definitely would need drawers in there. Great counter space in there to roll out dough and make bread and rolls, pies and cakes. I like the flooring in your home too, I think I would go with Same color scheme as you, it's light and bright yet still warm and inviting. This home has enough room for My dining table and My Victorian Upright Grand Piano. Great choice.
Thank you so much for your comment. To keep the price down there aren't a lot of options, so no door on the closet in the bathroom. The Desoto model is similar but only has 1200+ square footage. If I didn't have so much stuff I would have went with it, the closet in it is not in the bathroom. The coffee bar is what the floor plan calls it, so I just went with that. I believe I will really be happy there.
@@LifescrazyAdventure I have lot's of stuff too but I'd truly have to hire someone to install a door on the closet, can't stand looking at open closets.

The lot model at Minton Homes in November of 2023 is $103,000 or special order $105,000.
Before or after delivery and setup?
That's delivery and set up. I believe the price has went up to $109,000 but that's in the Oxford, Alabama area. Check with your local dealer for the price in your area. Thanks for watching!

I agree, but with just me I can use a room for that until I can get a utility building or garage. I love the place, it's worked out great for me.
Can in that model the a c Vent be put on the roof if you know
In the old model you could, but with the new energy efficient models they stopped or at least at the plant in Alabama. You can check with dealers.

If you could show the inside of the fridge and dish washer I’d be super happy! We just bought this house ourselves
If you go to the Frigidaire web site you can see the fridge. Since I've moved in I have food in mine and don't really want to show my fridge. It is a nice fridge the only problem with it is that being side by side the shelves aren't that wide if you were putting big dishes in it. It is nice with ice maker and water. I haven't used the dishwasher yet. If I do a house that has the same fridge, I will open it if they don't have it fastened. Hope this helps.
