That's lovely 😃. The only thing I'd change would be the colour of the walls. I'd also like a removable shower head in the master bathroom. Beautiful 😊

Very nice home and floorplan. I really like the wall colors, looks really good in contrast to the white cabinetry. Only thing I would add is carpeted bedrooms. Thanks for another great tour of a great home!

Deal breaker for me with the primary right in the living room....
Yeah a lot of people don't like that, I guess especially people with families with kids. I love mine being off the living room, me being by myself I can just get up and go straight to the living room or kitchen. I think it's all in what you prefer and the great thing about these homes you can always find a design for you😊

These mobile homes are really nice but after a couple years they fall apart 😢
I believe some you get can wind up having problems just like anything, it's the way you treat them. I know of some that have lived in them for years without a problem. The same thing can be said about site built homes.
Not necessarily true, my aunt live in a double wide that is 40+ years old & my other aunt which is her younger sister lives in a stick/site built house that is 20+ & trust my aunt that have the stick/site built house had more issues/trouble with her house than the aunt that is in the double wide. I can remember not too long after my aunt with the site built house moved into her house she had plumbing issues & had to get them to come out & replace her flooring. My aunt that lives in the double wide, looking at her house from the outside you really can't tell that her house is a double wide home & the only major work she had done on her house was to remodel it from that old 80's look, her house is soooo beautiful on the inside as well as the outside. I would choose her double wide house a thousand times plus, over my aunt with the site built house! 🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️
They are not making them like they used to 40 years ago, trust me!!
