Südtirol speaks German, so watch out Inter
Inter still needs to win like 9 league titles to actually be in danger.
Südtirol should have been there to stop Juve some years back.
FC Südtirol have been looking pretty good in recent years, so maybe a sign that they're destined to win Serie A in the near future?
@@SirEEf13 Just do not stop our 10th scudetto, coming...never
Harry kane cursed two leagues in a row
Tottenham had already gone trophyless for multiple decades before Kane came along, curse is a load of bollocks
Fun extra tidbits:
Fun extra tidbits:
Sturm's scouting is amazing. They bought Hojlund for 2mill and sold him for a total of 20mill half a season later - that profit is enough money to pay every player on the team for 2 1/2 seasons.
Back at the turn of the millenium, Sturm was already big - they even had more international success than RB Salzburg ever had (they were top 12 in the CL). Back then however, they did it the corrupt and easy way so after 2 good years they fell down hard.
Let me remind you that it was Franz Beckenbauer who gave the idea to Dietrich Mateschitz (the owner of Red Bull) to buy a football club, and it was Bayern who supported RB Salzburg during its inception.
It would be weird if there was any form of evil in the world of football where Bayern wasn't involved.
Wuertrich, the guy, who scored, was also there when the winning streak of FC Basel here in Switzerland was broken
Maybe a new team might win the Liechtenstein Cup since Vaduz is the only perpetual Champion left that speaks German
He would have to move to an amateur club
I dont think there are any other countries that speak german
Switzerland
Litchenstein
A portion of Belgium
A minority of Italy
A majority of Luxembourg
Namibia! (portions)
Namibia
Parts of Argentina ;)
only formally used in switzerland. the "portion" in belgium and italy are miniscule too.
he shouldve just said "speak german as their main language", that would make more sense
You forgot Germany
The danish superliga is one that you need to cover. If fc Copenhagen win against AGF tonight, then the last day of the season it’s a 3 team race for the title. It’s madness and none of them are playing each other. Please zealand… 2 of those clubs even come from the island of zealand… it’s written in the stars!
Salzburg not only not winning, but Bayern and Sheriff finishing 3rd. What a season.
As a Sturm Graz Fan since my birth last sunday was amazing
Interesting part about Sturm Graz was while winning the shield, their 2 team got relegated out of the second division handily.
Petrocub Hincesti also managed to stop Sheriff Tiraspol's Moldovan dynasty this season, and just because Sheriff aren't the international megacorporation quite like Red Bull are doesn't stop them from being a company team. It is Petrocub's first league title and only their second ever major title after their cup win in 2019/20. Sheriff also lost in the Moldovan cup to Zimbru Chisinau, meaning they also won 0 trophies this season for the first time since the 2010/11 season and only the second time since 1999/2000. This year's final gives Petrocub the chance to be the first side other than Sheriff to win the Moldovan league/cup double since 1997/98, which is the year Sheriff Tiraspol were founded and were playing in the second division.
Premiere League was already nervous af since Klopp joined Liverpool because Liverpool became a German Powerhaus über Nacht.
Salzburg ist Violett-Weiß!
Stimme ich zu! Salzburg und Wien haben eins gemeinsam! Sie sind beide violett-weiß
Crazy how at the same time, the other club from Graz - Grazer AK, aka GAK - won the 2. Liga and will be playing in the Austrian Bundesliga for the first time since being relegated in the 06/07 season. They've also had a hell of a journey since then, having been dissolved in 2012 and started playing in the lowest levels of Austrian football in the 13/14 season (source - wikipedia, so there may be some errors there). And ALSO at the same time, Sturm Graz's B side got relegated from the 2. Liga. So it has been a wild football season for the city of Graz
Apparently, Sturm and GAK share the same stadium, so I'm guessing there's gonna be some wild derbies next year
I think I should bring to your attention the danish league, 2 games left 4 teams able to win it going into the last round next week, mental
Us Arsenal fans are double happy for Sturm Graz because one of their strikers, Mika Biereth, is on loan from us!
i remember signing this guy on FM once
And he was a freaking beast for Sturm.
my man forgot about switzerland 😢
This is easily my most favorite channel on the entire website, appreciate your work Zea

Look at the Danish league. If FC Copenhagen win today, they go into the final match day with 1 point between 1st and 3rd.
Big up Zealand, loving the content mate!
That ending though xD
Meanwhile in Germany, a massive title winning streak ended, but one of the few corporate clubs in the entire country won the league undefeated. What a monkey’s paw.
You do know why Bayer is the exception, right? Because they were founded as a Bayer workers team 120 years ago.
People saying what you did exactly know nothing about the club and are too lazy to do so either so:
It's not the club that is Corporate, it is the entire city. Leverkusen would not exist without the Bayer company. The idenitity of the city is bound to the Company Bayer which is why the Fans sing "Farbenstadt allez" in their chants, Farbenstadt meaning city of colors as Color pigments were produced there. Besides the team was not founded so that Bayer the Company can make some money but the workers of Bayer just decided to have some good old fun and play football together which is why the team is known as the "Werkself" roughly meaning the Workers Eleven.
Additionally Bayer Leverkusen is not as dependant on Bayer than RB Leipzig on RB, Man City on the UAE or PSG on Paris. Even Borussia Dortmund is selling their shares in the stockmarket so yeah Bayer Leverkusen is not the Big Pharma Team that ignorant outsiders or butthurt Bayern Fans want them to be.
(They on occasion have profited off of Bayer which they can and should be criticized for like during Covid where their losses of something like 20 Million Euros or so were erased with the help of the Company) (This is still not enough to compare them to RB, Hoppenheim, PSG, City or any English team)
@@janermaher But are still funded by the corporation, which is why they were one of the few clubs, that went through covid unscathed.
Sturm Graz just saved Austrian Football.
Salzburg is raising the competitiveness of Austrian football and is happy that their efforts paid off
@@prysrek8858 They were quite crappy this season.
You need to come to austria and watch some of our fanbases, Sturm like you mentioned, but also teams like Rapid or LASK, those teams can certainly provide an atmosphere like the german teams
Floridsdorfer means "from Floridsdorf". Call them either Floridsdorf or FAC(or Floridsdorfer AC, if you want to stick to your habits 😉).
(And the end of the video was hilarious... 😁)
Ooh, I like that league format where it splits half way thru. I guess I know where my next FM save is gonna be...
Danish league is like that as well! Played there since i wanted less matches (i saw less clubs), but that format caught me off guard.
Belgium does it also

Zealand's hair has officially fallen off
90 seconds I live for zealandism
Classy statement from Salzburg, fair play to them
Exact same thing happened in the greek league where paok got their 4th ever title after both aek and paok bottled their season
Funny thing about this that if the austrian league wouldve worked in the normal way of points accumulation most big leagues Salzburg wouldve won the leauge on goal difference
it is unbelievable that i saw a fucking international youtube video about a club a live and love, greetings from austria
You mentioning Austria reminded me I'm part Austrian.
Who of your family was austrian? And I don't mean it in a mean way!

Yo, have you seen the carnage going on in the danish league?
Relegation battle? It's been insane, VB spent 10 attempts trying to get over the line and did so beating OB. OB still can survive after winning their first game at home all season.
Title fight? Even more carnage! Brøndby is back in the lead after losing to Copenhagen and going fourth. Copenhagen went into first but now, one match later, is in third
Great times to be a Sturm Graz fan!

Switzerland's main language is also German. Primarily used by about 2/3 of the country
That 1940s joke was cold Z, not gonna lie 🥶
As long as rb salzburg isn't champion, I would have even taken Rapid Wien! But atleast someone else other than "the cans" won my nation's league! Austria Wien fan btw
i knew this would be about the österreich bundesliga

Namibia has joined the Chat.
Only a small portion of Namibia is still german-speaking. English is the official language there and other commonly spoken languages are Afrikaans and suprisingly (for me atleast) Portuguese
@@nilsfra1452 not to long ago I heard that many Namibians actually prefer German over Afrikaans because of Apartheid history, but I have no idea how true that is
Where's the turtle

i realy hoped youd comment on this in austria and im realy happy it didnt fly over your head
Fan fact: Panathinaikos may lose european football if they lose the cup final
shame he wont cover Bosnian league, it was so criminal its funny
Saying rb salzburg fundled instead of sturm graz rising to occasion is a massive disrespect to them.
imma be honest, Z constantley refering to Floridsdorf as Floridsdorfer triggers me more than it should. The -er ending just indicates that the Club is from Floridsdorf. It's like how HSV is spelled out Hamburger SV, but obviously you call them Hamburg, not Hamburger.
Edit at 7:00: Puntigamer is pronounced exactly like it's written, but it's just a Sponsoring Name so fuck that. It's like if the NBA needed even more money than they already have so the Timberwolves get a bazillion dollars from their new Owner to change their name to Minnesota Walmart Timberwolves
Edit II at 8:30: Switzerland partially speaks German. It's called Swiss-German and kinda it's own language since they're pretty hard to understand if you aren't from Southern Germany, but it's German nonetheless lol. FC Basel is already in the dumps though, so they don't really have a Giant on a huge streak to be slain
I mean if Floridsdorfer (the club itself) is okay with that, who are we to judge? He did visit Floridsdorfer at some point.
@@Ganganukwhy should they address that towards him? But it’s just grammatically wrong
Same here. It's is of course understandable that Brits and Yanks keep calling Karlsruhe "Karlsruher", or that they would probably call Halle "Hallescher" and Bonn "Bonner", particularly with clubs like Hannover around whose city's name actually ends with -er. You can't expect them to know these intricacies of German speakers' club culture.
But still it rubs me the wrong way. It's like saying "I was in Liverpool's" or "I visited of New York". I get so itchy.
