Tarasenko’s fit on the top line has been great. He looks more comfortable there than the second line has looked the last two games (and those guys have played more minutes together) he’s done a lot of little things that are no skill related which I like and he’s thrown some nice hits as well

Panther fans were super excited to join us. I think the first game against the flyers was a little wake up call on how we play and what it’s like being a panther. The flames game looked more like what was envisioned in picking him up
He was playing solid defense the last game had a few takeaways good positioning and some really good defensive plays I was surprised after hearing how bad he is on D

In Ottawa, no one ever accused Tkachuk of "not playing defence" and he's -9. Vlad was +13! In fact the current top 6 players on the Sens are collectively -50. After one game with Florida, Vlad is +3. Perhaps you would like to explan how this is possible.

There is not a single TDL acquisition in the past decade that has made a POSITIVE difference in the end. I would not raise Tarasenko on pedesdal before you see the playoffs.

You hit the nail on the head. The fit with Barkov and Reinhardt is their defensive responsibility. I'm sure they know what Taransenko brings to the table and are happy to clean up defensively to let him do what he's already done.

He has 22 points and 12 goals and is good defensively that’s a good addition for the bottom 6 in case of injuries.

Vegas played a Panther team with no rest and riddled with injuries throughout the team. Vegas didn't look nearly as capable against the Panthers this year, and Panthers have made mince meat of teams that should have presented much more of a challenge. This is a team that built up from last year's final, and if they can stay healthy they will probably have a deep run this year too.
@@Category5 That is one problem the panthers will not stay healthy and the other problem is if they played in the cup Vegas would pound the panthers into the ice again.The wannabe hockey fans said the Panthers beat them twice reg season well the playoff is where it counts.
