- So we all know I'm a small fry in this big world but we all have to start somewhere! This week i have some major progress in building my dream of becoming one of the UK's first ebike manufacturers along with some teething issues. its all hands to the deck. The Pro 2 is going into production and will be available very soon. I mean business! I now have the first of the Lazer cut parts however I have ran out of cash and have one or two issues to sort out... watch to find out what I'm talking about.

Just a thought on bottom bracket issue, it might be worth looking into press-fit BB, shells around 42mm nominal, fat bike fitment may suit your axle width. No threading needed, just an interference fit.

So we are on the same path . I am looking to build and sell quality electric ....everything. I also want to design my frames , maybe have water cooling and if possible use LTO batteries. However like you I want to keep cost down ,get people out in the world and away from the tv. In verbatim I am starting just as you are. If I can offer any help I will.
You need to think real carefully, just remember that folk can be very untrustworthy, always secure funds First.
