    You need to put deowaps on your swing arm for sound dampening. The pedal Master assault wawp drive bottom bracket will let you pedal even faster. Also the Hub motor needs an external pulponary6 t-1 bunge wrap to shed excessive current transfer.
    Other than that brilliant build.

    i tested my Ebike at like 4am, empty roads :D gotta watch the potholes though in the dark , i wish i could assemble discs on my bike but its a crappy budget frame im stuck with rim breaks with a 30 metre stopping distance :(

      @theebikenut4679  Před 3 lety

      Lol you don't need to hide mate. I would definitely upgrade your frame to disc tho. Ebikes are fairly heavy. So would recommend good hydraulic ones 👍

      Buy a 2nd hand hydraulic disc equipped chunky /tough mountain bike from ebay, you can get a quality machine for just over £100

    Glad to see you bro, back out on the road. That build must be super light, all battery weight comparison that China frame. Chris I’m sure soon be building mega battery. I’m back in Bulgaria, and when I’ve the motivation a video for sure on a destination to somewhere? Also, new charger on-route with opportunity to fully charge the 21s 18p pack to 87.5 volts. Look forward to your next video.

      It's a lot lighter than the steel fame mate but the battery and rear wheel makes it still fairly heavy... I'm chuffed to be back in action tho... Definitely needed a bike day if you know what I mean.

    if i had the skills id make a hot swapable battery pack , so i can carry a spare in a panier or rucksack or something

      Thanks mate.👍👍.. The 21700 are a good choice for ah.. You might not get many amps tho bud. Guess it just depends on what your building?

    • @theebikenut4679
      @theebikenut4679  Před 3 lety

      It depends on the cells mate but if your running 21700s the down side to them is discharge rates... You'll have to be careful on how many amps you run via the controller bud 👍

      If your converting a mountain bike mate you will need a rear hub of around 1000 to 1500w... and basically I would spend what ever you have left over on a battery buy a good one tho mate. They are not cheap...please don't buy a cheep battery. You be disappointed

      @@Breadstar90 you want at least 48v battery mate probably a 50a bms and you want around 18ah+ it'll be a fairly big battery.. to keep things simple use a large hard tail frame.. it makes life so much easier 👍
