  • That's right boys and girls this week's video has it all in the first half I explain what's been going on. So much for giving it all in! I've been rushed off my feet repairing ebikes scooters batteries and pretty much everything in-between.
    in the second half you will see me having another brilliant adventure as I take my dog for a huge ebike ride. Just before you give me loads of greif my dog is a border collie and is built for running all day everyday I stopped every few miles and let him rest and Frankly he did brilliantly. Maybes you will see him hanging with the lads In future videos.
    In other news I've am over joyed to announce I have been sponsored by a ebike company called ESKUTE. Ive have been asked to test ride there products and show my opinion via CZcams videos. so don't forget to leave a like turn on your notifications and subscribe. It will be well worth a watch.
    ride safe have fun and I will see you all again very soon.
    thanks for watching 👍

    You could have used the Pegswood bypass, also nice route down Bothal, I'll have the check it out (it looks muddy).

    • @johnjones6544
      @johnjones6544 Před 3 lety +1

      @@theebikenut4679 yeah my sabvoton controller has a screen like yours and only has 3 cables the phase wires the sensor wires and a plug what the throttle brakes screen and power button all plug into.
      I like it because it's so easy and clean looking i was thinking maybe I might have to unplug the throttle?
      Any help/video would be much appreciated cheers wil 👍

      Yeah mate I'll try and make one for you in the next few weeks... These don't work like usual pedal assist hence why I asked if you where having issues it had me done for a while... You don't need to unplug the throttle btw I'll make a video and explain it for you.. thanks for the suggestion bud 👍

    Hi ,how would i start at making a battery that will do 100mile or close any reply would be amazing tia?

    • @theebikenut4679
      @theebikenut4679  Před 3 lety +1

      Oh good question. In not sure how much you know about batteries already but hear goes. This is using lithium batteries either the 18650 or 22700 cells. Keep your volts low. Volts in battery terms is knows as s (series) your better off with a 13s than say a 20s if your wanting miles... So how do you get miles?... You must add batteries in parallel. So a 6p battery will go less distance than a 12p battery, of a distance of about half. When you add p or parallel you gain what's knows as ah. This can be worked out from the type of battery cells you use. Sony and lg cells are 3000mah or 3ah per cell. Times that by 12 or how ever many parallel batteries you have and you will work out your ah.. if you need more ah or distance you'll need to add more batteries parallel. I won't get in to discharge rates and things, these are important but more so if your building super fast bike. hope this answers your question.
