Going with all the knowledge I've gained in the past few years building these things I've finally created the bike I really wanted 2.5 years ago. having 17000w might sound fun and don't get me wrong it is if all you want is speed. what I've noticed is you don't hardy go that fast aways around 30 is fast enough... these things are not motor bikes and can't even really be classed as that, they are electric bikes their for they are in there own category regardless of the top speed. anyways Ive swopped out 200a controller to 100a sabvoton meaning I now have a max of around 9000w but I have gained pedal assist so in my opinion happy days... top speed it's yet to be set but guess it around 50mph, keep an eye out for the video. try and notice the changes between the Pro 2 and the William leave your comments below... there's loads! 😁
if you haven't already please leave a like and subscribe I'll be uploading videos again soon but due to work commitments it's a bit patchy.
thanks for watching...
Will 🤘

Nice one mate would like to see one with tubler frame nice to have you back and hope your enjoying it again
Nice to have a bike up and running again bud I working flat out ATM so wont be uploading so often but I'll keep them going as a hobby.
Will, I have an idea to run by you. I have seen people pulling little trailers on bikes. I dont know the legality of this but i have seen people do it. I even saw someone pulling a little trailer with a little kid strapped in it which I thought was dangerous and probably illegal. My idea is that a trailer could be used to push a bike with a solid or some kind of bar connection. My thoughts would be a decent sized battery built into the floor of the trailer powering 2 x 1000w hub drives. This may be a mental idea but it just occured to me that you could attach it to push bikes or ebikes to give a load carrying capacity for say shopping trips or maybe camping trips. Might be a cool experiment and could make an interesting video?
Nice one mate 😁😁😁
Summer is almost hear the clocks are soon to change the covid stuff is almost over my new shifts are settling down... annnnd the bike is almost finished haha happy days 😁😁😁

Great guy at the end,i was talking to a guy last night who loved ebikes 😎👍
The man and the woman at the end of this video loved my bike it was actually the woman who understood it... She was like, is that why you put the Moto wheels on. She understood some of the engineering behind it. Lovely people
@@theebikenut4679 WOW she knew super moto lolz,AMAZING lass
that is one sick bike m8
Lol thanks m8 😊
Will is that lightweight sheet steel how to tell on video it looks like he used in TIG welder not too sure 🤔👍👍👍👍 take that back aluminium could you make a frame out of sheet of aluminium 10 gauge Tig welded seems you'd need access to a guillotine 🤔
Brilliant buddy, it looks awesome " 1 suggestion if you are still building them to order is; get some logos on the bike :)" you may have already had them and I just missed it, also maybe get a few playful stickers to hand out in your local area with details to enquire about ordering one
I'm waiting on the logos been cut mate and hmm the stickers are a good idea... Thanks bud 👍
@@theebikenut4679 no problems mate, you could also place a few posters in mtb and mx shop windows etc.. (if they allow it)
I thought you stopped building and posting videos? however it is good to see you haven't .
Decided to build myself a new bike and take all the business ideas out of it, just making videos to show people what I've done it's hobby from now on and hopefully I'll get to see the fun side of things again bud... Won't be making CZcams videos every week for the minute but Ill keep my channel going for now 🤘
@@theebikenut4679 So you, what is the thickness and type of aluminum your using for frame and swing arm? As I told you before I want to build my own ebike like this , maybe a little different frame wise but have no idea what thickness or type of aluminum to use. Everything else ill figure out...Thanks ,appreciate the vids too .
@@simplelife3466 the aluminium type is 6082 and the thickness on the swing arm is 3mm mate good luck with ya build 👍
@@theebikenut4679 is this the same for the main frame you are building . going to do the same as you just a different design. ordering everything off line well online lol, as there isnt a place local to look at or buy this metal. I have no knowledge of this type material so I have to ask people like yourself for help in this area. And I do appreciate the help.
Nice, how are you finding the pedal assist? I have the same controller and ended up disabling it as it seemed unpredictable and sometimes dangerous.
Yeah defo I had the same issue on my 8000w... turned it off was dangerous
He doesn't have pedal assist his right hand is on a thumb throttle the whole time. Just pedaling to look like he's a regular bike LOL
@@mihcael He says he has it in the video description....
@@mihcael maybe the magnet ring is just for fun then
Lol nah it's got pedal assist like lads just not wired up yet... Had to order a new sensor that's all haha
