- so my diy prototype ebike frame the P3 William has got some major issues and needs to under go some surgery. some of the aluminium I've used is not strong enough to take the pivot of the seat and rear shock mount it needs cutting out and fixing before it becomes a issue. in this video I take it for a ride to the beach to get some nice photos before I have to completely striped her down. as its a prototype I decided to have a cheeky beach ride to test how it copes on sand. its not advised to ride on sand but even at slow speed it was loads of fun.
When ever I go out on my electric bike I have a a day to remember and today is no different. After making a small recording, I'm cruising a long the prom when some old guy comes blasting past me, eventually I catch him up and we have a good conversation about ebikes. I've let most of the story play as it's a good prospective of why some people ride electric bikes this guy is 85 years old and has a heart after my own he's a true fellow ebiker, we even had a race haha watch the video to find out what I'm talking about.

Couldn't really agree with you much more mate I thought it was a brilliant ride was awesome to see a 85 year old having some freedom not only that he was been a bit naughy....I like that. Its keeping people young

spamming of aglue gun can make any electronically terminal waterproof :P although not ideal to remove ,i did it for my cheap ass E bike ,3 yrs on no water has done damage to it
Yeah mate I did that on the electric mountain bike Conversion it works a treat. Got this one to strip and rebuild again yet I'll sort it out then 👍

@@girlsdrinkfeck he wasn't I was with him on my road bike. We do live in central which might have something to do with it. As it's more built up round here then the area in this video.
@isiunavailable yeah they're nasty in London, I was building mine but I sold it. Now I'm converting my rod bike as a stealth option.

@@girlsdrinkfeck they got him read handed and tested it I think. I haven't asked him for the details yet. Not seen him since covid but ill ask and update. I want to build my own again but I'm worried about getting a conviction.
