  • Prototype 2. Setting the standard for future ebikes the pro-2 was inspired by my first prototype the ebike beast. Watch my CZcams videos to see what I'm talking about. It has been a brilliant ebike however I strive to do better the pro-2 will benefit from all I've learned in the past few years. The pro-2 is made using Aerospace garde aluminium making it super light and durable it has been designed to be used with all power options so you can huck up your 250w electrics and set your self away in ultimate style and comfort. However if you have something a little more extreme in mind the frame will be strong enough to handle anything you can throw at it. The battery compartment is designed to handle a 20s battery however there is many different battery configurations available so the option on power is entirely yours.
    Other benefits include
    Better range
    Hollow piece bottom bracket
    Tapered fork yoke head stock
    Standard Mountain bike wheel base
    Easier to stop
    Easier to wheelie.
Obviously I am just starting off and still need some tools and a work shop. In order for me to make my money back I need to sell 10 frames at £500 each. I don't actually make a penny in doing this however I will end up with the tools. There's is hundreds of hours of work in each frame and so this over can't last forever. Lol m8 I don't know how she puts up with me.. When I was telling her these frames is a good idea she suggested getting a shed first... I she her point but you can't weld a frame with a shed can ya lol. I'm looking forward to seeing it finished to bud. I'm at a sticking point atm I need to build a jig just to make sure everything is super straight. That's my next project.

I found the trick to neat tig welds was small diameter rods added to the pool little and often. Those frames are gonna be mint. I’d say by number 3 you’re going to be a lot neater with the tig. Best of luck you maniac 🤣🤣

Lol tig welding is to expensive to practice with, sometimes you just have to get on with the job. The welds are better on the underside. It's like they tell a story. Typical the good welds are the ones you don't see 😂 I will get batter tho. Thanks for your comment BTW it means a lot let's just hope it all goes together OK now haha I need all the good luck I can get lol

hello friend, I liked your project, I'm trying to build one in this model but I'm having doubts about the measurements, I saw that in your video at the beginning you have the measurements, but I can't see it.

Not for definite yet bud. I will weigh it when it's finished I'm expecting it to be miles less than the steel frame tho I can feel the difference already just working with it. thanks for your comment BTW 👍👍👍
