- We follow CSX train O717 as it works SALCO Enterprises and Sentry Industries, two of the East Rail District's busiest customers. While I have covered both customers in the past, the style of switching was different as was the train blocking. Turn your speakers up for excellent 16-645 action from GP40-2 #6088.
CSX East Rail is one of the several industrial switching areas in Miami, FL, a popular subject for model railroading. Yard jobs usually serve this area at night into the wee hours so a bright eyed brunch time catch proved fortuitous.

I enjoyed this production. I am a big switching and spotting fan. Please feed us more my young friend. Be safe down there.
Gotta be honest, that tiny bell on the side of 6088 just looks so cute.
Great video I enjoyed watching it, I love watching switching videos.👍😁😁😁😁🚂🇬🇧
Awesome catch
5:20 oh man I'd love to get that sign "look out for the cars" 🤤🤤
I enjoyed it! More please.
any train switching is entertaining for some reason. loved this one esp!
Love the geep, love the classic bell! Loved the whole thing, great job!
Lovely update you done there thanks for sharing.
Great video! You need to have more switching on your channel. The explanation is really quite good.
Beautiful video! I had to look twice to make sure it was a CSX train! In use and not abandoned or dormant!
Awesome video Tolga. I can’t wait to see more videos soon. Also I hope you make more model train videos soon. :)
Looking forward to it!
Great Stuff!
Good footage - thanks 😊....
Nice video Tolga!
Excellent video by THE TURK™ Thanks for sharing Brick! :D
Excellent
Fantastic catches
Awesome video
Rare to a WABCO Bell at Douglas Road. It’s dead, maybe cause the clapper broke which WABCO bells are known for. Great switch video T E C !
nice clear picture, does CSX still own these tracks or are the using an operating rights down here? thanks
Great video! I'm visiting Miami from the UK in the next couple of weeks, going on a Carribean cruise. I have a free day on a Monday, where would be a good place to visit for a bit of freight train watching? I'll be on public transport of getting anUber. We're staying not far from the port, near the Botanical Gardens. Just a bit concerned about personal safety if I go too far from stations etc. Thank you in advance if you can give any advice or info.
Its HAZMAT.......that a good reason why those tracks were redone
Safety violations spotted. You never ride the uncoupling lever like the guy on the left is doing. Nor do you ride on the platform above the coupler on a move moving forward. Foot on top of coupler moving out.
No one care 😂
Love your pictures, but alas, a too restless and unstable camera
Do you realize that in 2002, the train crew would have called the police on you for making a video like you just did? Everyone in the railroads back then was extremely paranoid about thing after 9/11, in some cases they would call the police if you were on an overpass takes videos of trains, boy have things changed, for the best i hope. Nice video of the shunting too.
