    Much prefer these "older" videos under 10 minutes VS. the newer ones of 30 minutes. When every youtuber puts out 30+ minute videos, if one were just following 10 people (most follow many more than this), it would take an entire day to watch them all. So what happens next? Most will just fast forward through them or worse, skip them altogether. I've found myself doing exactly that and I'm sure many others have to.

      @NeverAStraightAnswer Před 2 lety +2

      I just watch the ones that interest me, which ends up being most of them. But I watch them when I have 30 mins. It doesn’t matter to me when they were released, rather it’s when I have the time.

    • @usaman7358
      @usaman7358 Před 2 lety +2

      @@prettyasia111 I'll be the first to admit that I know very little about monetizing here on youtube. Feel free to educate me. But if half (or more) just skip though long videos, or worse don't even bother to watch at all because its 30+ minutes, how are they making any money? Doubtful they will watch 30 minutes PLUS the commercials so........? And I will never personally "like" a video that is 30 minutes long and could have been done in 5 minutes. So where is their $$$ coming from? Again, I don't know the incentive for having long videos but if there is, it just encourages all these influencers to water down their videos and put out luke warm info to fill the 30 minutes. That, in the long run, seems like it will attract FEWER, not more, people to watch them thus ruining it for everyone involved. The whole youtube experience eventually becomes so watered down few will make money. But hey, what do I know?

    Sten your videos are changing my life! I have lost at least ten stubborn pounds just by fasting a good chunk of the day and increasing fat in my diet. Earlier this month I had septoplasty for a deviated septum I have probably had all my life, but was never told about. Recovering from the surgery I am already noticing much better sleep lower blood pressure and better physical function of my body. Rather than drugs or breath right strips this truly treats the cause not just the symptom. A segment on this relatively simple surgery may benefit a LOT of people out there.

    I know this video is old but id like to thank you , i have had cold hands and feet for the last year or so , to the point where one of my toes goes purple most the day and my hands get pins and needles. i am only 26 years old so i got a bit worried so ive been tested for diabetes , nutrient deficits and all kinds of thing my doctor simply one day said it may be raynaud's disease from my stress levels and just left me with that.I have had chronic stress and anxiety most my life but more so this year due to some severe emotional trauma . the doctor never took the time to explain anything in depth so ive been left to worry about my hands and feet for months with no test results showing any answer, so thank you so much for this awesome in depth explanation it really helped me understand what my doctor meant by this being "stress induced". I hope now i can feel calmer about my hands and feet thus letting me heal.

    Thank you for this clear & easy to understand explanation. I have extremely cold hands and feet almost my entire life. My hands are freezing cold, not near 70 degrees. You said stress & tension is the reason, that makes sense because I worked at fast food for many years having to wait on hundreds of people at high speed. Also attending school & getting to class (walking long distance) before bell rings. I am tense and a fast paced person. I finally learned how to relax but I still have chronic cold hands and feet. Thank you Dr Eckberg. We have qi gong exercises where we clap the hands above the head, front, back , below and stomp the feet in front, behind to open up the chest, the hips while singing and moving the head with the hands They work after 1/2 an hour and I never understood why. I no longer have cold hands, cold feet nor cramps now that it is my routine exercise. But I never understood why. Now I do understand. Thank you.

    This was interesting. I've always wondered about the phenomen I call 2nd breath when running/jogging. The first 20-30 minutes can feel clumsy and sluggish but after that you feel like in a rythmic flow. I suppose it's the bloodvessels being able to distribute more oxygen even if you do not feel the need to panting for air as in the initial 20-30 minutes.

    I never had this problem when I was fat and unhealthy. I “ran hot” all the time. Everything was hot. Especially my has and feet. Now I’m 30 lbs lighter as a result of intermittent fasting and a low carb diet. I weigh lift 5 to 6 times. My hands and feet are always cold but I don’t feel cold or need extra clothes because discomfort. I have a nice farmer’s tan on both my arms and legs so I don’t think it’s vitamin D deficiency.

      @@deniesekline-thatcher8380 My husband contracted this after losing a lot of weight too quickly, before that he was normal temperature. His hands are particularly cold & often turn bluish in colour. His doctor pointed out his blue hands during an appointment & he told us it was probably the weight loss that caused it & there’s not much that can be done once you have this, only meds if it becomes extreme. He lost weight for health reasons & ended up gaining another problem.

    Everything Dr. S. E says here makes total sense to me. I am almost always in a constant state of "stress" and always have been. Being ADHD relaxation is very difficult not only to calm the mind but also to do anything regularly. If I am sitting in a room that is less than 24 deg.c both my hands and feet will get cold. This in itself causes stress. Hot, lazy, crazy, days of summer are the best for me. A move to the tropics would solve it for sure. I do not think I have normal capillary development to begin with. It is this theory that creates very low endurance and very high reaction to certain foods and drugs. I also believe it is why I am thin, very energetic, and generally have low blood pressure. I find it extremely difficult to work with my hands above my shoulders as the blood runs out of my arms and I have no strength. I find it interesting that my rheumatoid arthritis is in my hands and feet, where the low blood flow is. I heard someplace that niacin helps expand and generate capillaries (Niacin flush). I would be interested in comments from Sten in response my commens. Exercise is good for so many reasons and there is no doubt it helps also. I have done my share of very rigorous exercise over the years and I may have benefitted during those times, but it hasn't cured this issue as I have had this all my life.

    I used to use frankincense to warm my hands and feet. In 2019, I learned about iodine, and how the body needs it. Within a month of starting Dr. David Brownstein's iodine protocol I started healing my body. One of the things that was healed was my low body temperature, and my hands and feet don't get cold like they used too. I used to not be able to stay out in cold weather for very long. Now, that I have moved back up north, I've been able to stay outside in cold weather longer with no issues.

    Wow! I always thought I had Raynouds syndrome. I have Limbic ADD which effects the pre frontal cortex. This makes perfect sense. I have been exercising more since I retired and the symptoms have gotten way better. Interestingly I moved to a colder higher altitude city and don’t have as many problems with this as I did in a wetter lower elevation environment. My hands used to go white on an 80 degree day. Subscribed!!

    I'm an avid cyclist, and I ride in the winter - at least I like to ride. No matter what I do, I cannot get warm feet when the temp drops to 45F of 7C. I manage to get warm hand, even start getting sweaty hands after a while. But my feet always get cold and numb.
