Hey they stole my idea! That's good, someone needed to do it. The set I built for my bike changed everything, better wind protection, no longer a guillotine. Built mine with Delron on the mill. Just thru drilled the lower holes and used a set of 5.5 and some wing nuts. Now I can remove it in about a minute, and a water bottle fits perfectly between the brackets. Whether you build your own or get these I strongly recommend doing so.

It almost needs to be done for safety. That windshield goes directly into the neck under the helmet. Thats why I originally did it was to prevent a guillotine, and was happy with the high speed results as a bonus!

I don't know if 3d cycle parts will ever see this, only thing that is stopping me from buying this right now is i want adjust ablility to push the screen up to upright position or some times i like it almost at stock angle (mostly when i am in trails with low branches) There is a guy out there i am not sure who it is i just seen a guy have one but he makes an adjustable adapter. It would just be a simple slot at the top with a wingnut style adjuster. This is a must in my opinion if you buy the taller windscreens like the Vstream ones.

Man, I put on a adjustable wind deflector on the top of the windscreen, now the wind just hits the top of my helmet !

Yeah I'm still waiting for someone to come out with a completely different windshield that is a little bit wider. But this definitely helps for now

I would be curious to see how well it protects you in the rain with the larger gap up front at the bottom of the stock wind screen now, only thing that made me curious about it, was the fact you said it makes the wind noise seam a little more prominent now. Thanks for sharing. and keep up the fun videos, I will be following along with as well as adding some myself in the very near future. :)
    have a blessed week.

Love your videos! I just recently purchased a new 2022 KLR ABS, ADV and absolutely enjoy it every day. Do you happen to have a promo code for 3D Cycle Parts? I have been shopping on there and just figured I'd ask you before I buy anything else. Thanks again for all of your kick ass content. Brandon, East Texas

I think it looks kinda funny but this is what I need. I'm 6'2' and the wind currently hits me right around the chest/neck area.

@ 4 seconds into the video, what is the box looking thing on the left side handle bar, looks like some kind of aftermarket controller for something? or is that the fog light controls?
