Couldnt you have just rolled your bars forward for the same effect with those after market bars? Ive got an xt 250 with almost no experience on it, but hands keep going to sleep and i started looking at risers the stock bars dont look like it would make much difference but your bars look like they would maybe. Thank you
Rolling them forward does certainly make a difference and for some, it may be enough. However, because of the angle of the "sweep" bend, at a certain point the bar ends will start to point up. A little upward angle can actually be an improvement for comfort and control, but there's only so far you can go and that's where risers like these really come in handy. I actually end up doing both a lot of the time.
I installed 2" pivot risers on my Tdub. Very comfortable!

The Rox Offset Risers (spun around 180 degrees) should work pretty well for that, you could still use the stock bars too!
