    Anger is a tough one for me too but if I let it out I feel better afterwards. I noticed that if I suppress it , it just not good for me. So i usually talk about what I’m angry about at that very moment. It helps me a lot

    I watch your videos multiple times a week usually on my days that my anxiety is the most intense and I love how every single video almost has the same answer “do nothing” When I first heard these I was like oh great thanks😳 but now I smile, yup… just do nothing, I breathe in and out then keep on moving. Currently going through a setback right now had weeks of no anxiety was living fully again had my first panic attack in a while a week ago and I’ve been struggling pretty bad this week but I just remember to remind myself at the setback means that I’m getting closer and closer to freedom! Your channel has been the only thing to change my life I found your channel a little over six months ago and I’m so grateful for it

    I get angered and irritated so easily since I fell back into the cycle of panic attacks
    When I get annoyed and angered and I feel my heart start beating faster then I get scared and panic then started fearing a panic attack and now I’m afraid of being angry because I feel if I get angry I’ll get a panic attack

      It also happens to some people with experience but the feelings isnt controlled you r not like that , its just anxiety dont judge yourself you can search treyjones on youtube he talked about it

    This is exactly what i am going through. I always shout to my son or husband with no reason even if they ask a simple question. This is not me. Then i feel sad and guilty beeing so angry and agressive. Good to know that this is also a part o anxiety. Thank you Shaan for all☺️

    I suffer 24/7 and again I believe it is anxiety I snap and snap I'm so fatigued and up all night in panic and again the intrusive thought that it's not normal and I am mental because of this damn anxiety

      You have 2 change your life.. No drugs,or alcohol. No coffee energy drinks, or soda..No greasy foods.. Eat light meals. Eat healthy,fruits,Vegetables.. Cbd oil can help.. L theanine pills help a lot.. drinking Gatorade would help me.. I thinks it's the sodium in it.. Salt can help anxiety at times.. Splashing cold water on your face and head ,and laying next to a fan blowing on you helps. Deep breathing as much as you can helps..walking down the street can help..praying 2 God for help a lot..I've had really bad anxiety for the past 2 years.. it all started with a major panic attack.. I've had every symptom you could name..just about everyone.. dizziness,fast heart beat.. body feels all twitchy and shaky ,skin crawling feeling..everyday 24 7... insomnia..feeling like im about 2 die everyday feeling..its crazy..you have 2 be a fighter to over come this nightmare..it's a very slow process... you have 2 try to clear your thoughts..try not 2 think 2 much.. easier said then done.. I have the really bad physical anxiety.. it's kicked my butt for two years ,everyday most of the day.. it can make you a stronger person in the long run.. I have this fear feeling like a killer is after me,but there's nobody there..

    Just realized that I have so much internal rage and internal anger. But I stopped and asked myself what am I really feeling because anger is a secondary emotion. Underneath it’s sadness despair and depression that I’m in the cycle and trying to do everything right and it’s not changing. I then get suicidal thoughts and that hurts

      @@rainrivera8874 hi it’s gotten a bit better on days and then on other days it gets really hard. I don’t know what else to do.

    Ty shaan for your videos i can say now m dealing with my setbacks even if they r hard m back to my normal life again and i just noticed that im being angry sometimes for no reason and sometimes for some stupid reason and after that i start feelingguilty why did why and why . Ty for this video wow man i never thought that anxiety can do tthe anger 😮😮

      I experienced all the symptoms intrusive thoughts everything i knew how to respond they r not a problem anymore but this anger wow i never thought its caused bby my anxiety

    I feel like i always say i just dont want to have health anxiety and as long as i am healthy im happy butbthen some unkontrollable anger comes over me..when the anxiety attacs are mot there tjen i get so irritated qo easy andni fight it so much in the end it gets the best of me and i explode..later on i ask myself whym it wasnnt that bad whybdid i get so mad. I get so sad after. I even feel different like im kind of depression and tired. Omg so hard

    Good point about meditation. Meditation does not calm me down when i am anxious at all. A camomille or fresh air is probably better

    I get this weird head sensations like my head internal is under tension and my brain moving earthquake wise feel dizzy and vision distorted and blurry this makes me so frustrated amd i snap at everyone cant hold conversations have no passiance with my kids. 😔
