    Tower is a tricky little card!
    I appreciate that you've approached this card from a neutral perspective. with Tower, there has been conflict between these positive verses and a bad reputation, due to the association with establishments and institutions.
    longevity, bastion, wisdom/experience, organization, institution, perspective, authority - which can be darkened or obscured "if clouds are nearby"...
    referencing the GoH rules, I especially like to imagine that from the "pleasant view" atop the Tower, one might see that the Path ahead leads back around the Mountain to the Garden, and the player might not be led astray!

      @lisaloveslenormand6357  Před 2 lety +2

      It is! It might help to think: wisdom and experience achieved= the Lily. Reaching or climbing to gain wisdom (and the staying power to make it to the top), experience, a better perspective=Tower. The directional cue for the Tower comes from the GOH. That "pleasant view" is where we get a better perspective.

    Dear Lisa, thank you so much for your videos and all the wonderful Lenormand work!! You are a real gem! I’m reading your book now, but it’s so good that my husband is stealing it from me all the time as he wants to read it too! We have a question though. Could you please make a video about how to find advice (what to do about a problem or situation in question) in the GT? We found out that we are able to see and read the situation at hand easily in a GT but are a bit lost when we try to find out WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT. I mean, do you read the corners as advice or where do we find what the person is supposed to do in their situation? We would really appreciate your input on this issue. 🙏💜🧡💜🙏 Thank you so much and many blessings your way! PS. Looking forward to your second book !!📖 😍

      Hello Victoria and thank you for your lovely comment!! Ok - GT's will show what we're dealing with and where things are heading if we continue on our current path, yes? That's advice right there. If you like where things are heading, don't change what you're doing. When you get to a part of a GT where you don't like what you see and you want to know how to change it, write down your concern and then lay a small spread for that specific question.
      We can certainly lay GT's just for advice though I typically lay a smaller spread - anything from a 3-card line to a box or PT. It depends on how detailed the issue is and how much information I need. The "How am I doing?" GT is an advice spread in a sense but I can certainly lay a complete GT for advice. It will be coming soon! For now, if you're new to the cards, stick to a 3-card line for advice on specific issues. 🤩

    Hi Lisa, thank you very much for all your video's. you say the worst position for the Tower is far and has Clouds above. Is it the same if you have the tower far and Cloud card is under the tower? thanks lisa

    • @lisaloveslenormand6357
      @lisaloveslenormand6357  Před 2 lety

      The Clouds touching the Tower is bringing troubles to how long you can stay on top of whatever you're asking about. You can rank the severity by thinking about how the Clouds effects any card - above and dark side facing the seeker is the worst. Next to with the dark side facing the card you're reading would be next in line. Next to the card with the light side facing is still better and under with the light side facing the seeker is the best position of the 4. Generally speaking, you want positive cards above reigning down and negative cards below being trampled. Always keep in mind that it's only for the duration of the time period of the spread.

      @ninalerm4980 Před 2 lety

      Thank you Lisa!! so clouds above or below touching the Tower card with the dark side facing seeker or life area is pretty much the same then (not good for the time period). I had the clouds under the tower with dark side facing seeker. thanks for explaining. x

    I'm curious about how the tower got associated with the government, legislation, and bureaucracy since it's not apart from the original text. What do you think about this?

    • @lisaloveslenormand6357
      @lisaloveslenormand6357  Před 2 lety +1

      Because of its descriptive meaning. In the same way we use the Dog card to represent dogs and the Child card to represent children. What type of buildings would you used this card to describe? Who builds skyscapers and buildings with towers? What other card would you use to describe these things?

    Hello Lisa :)
    Can you tell us what’s different about your Lenormand book? :-)
    I have three: the ones by Rana George, Andy B, and Caitlin Matthews.. Nothing is completely comprehensive I’m sure, but I would’ve thought all we need to learn to read Lennies would be covered in those books. Do teach a new technique?

    • @lisaloveslenormand6357
      @lisaloveslenormand6357  Před 2 lety +3

      All the books add something different. I wrote mine with the intention of making sense of the differences amongst all of the books you mention while introducing the original Method of Distance as well, which is touched upon in Andy and Caitlin's books, though only completely and accurately explained in Bjorn Meuris' Volume 2. I also have my own techniques and spreads that I include in the book such as the chapter on animal communication, finding missing objects, and many ways to use a GT including my "how am I doing?" GT. I may be biased, but I can't recommend it highly enough! LOL!😁

    If all the tree cards are in the comfort zone, does that negate it indicating a health issue, and it just shows they will get their wishes granted, etc, or does it mean both things?

    • @lisaloveslenormand6357
      @lisaloveslenormand6357  Před 2 lety +1

      Cards don't erase or eliminate other cards, they influence them and are influenced by them. If the Tree is there, other tree-cards are supporting it, not removing it. Think about what you're saying about "wishes granted". What wishes are you referring to? If the Tree is there, there's a focus on wellbeing. Other trees there are helping the seeker to realize their wish for balanced health. Does that make sense?

      @@lisaloveslenormand6357 thanks! Yes, I was just referring to hearing in the past that traditionally all those cards coming up together referred to something very positive and “wishes granted,” but I wasn’t sure if it was considered just a totally separate thing from the regular meanings.
