    Hi Georgina. What an excellent tutorial on how to read a LGT; very clear and easy to understand descriptions and meanings of the cards. Also love how you demonstrate the various methods and techniques (3.3 Box Spread, Knighting and Mirroring, Etc.) Your investigative skills are quite astounding!! (Former CIA? LOL!). Please provide some more information/tutorials on examining relationship issues, that would be great for us newbies! Thanks and you really are awesome!! 🔮🌟👍

      When I started there was only one book in English on the Lenormand cards, but now there are a lot of books. (Most of them are garbage, of course. 😂🤣😂) I highly recommend the following:

      And the three volume set of “Petit Lenormand Encyclopedia” by Björn Meuris

      The jump from the Line of Five to the 3x3 Box Spread is big; the jump from the 3x3 Box Spread to the Grand Tableau is huge! It took me a year of regular practice before I was even remotely ready for the Grand Tableau. Take your time and start small. ❤️

    What is the best spread for a single for finding love?

    • @georginatoland
      @georginatoland  Před rokem

      Lenormand is not the best oracle for seeking love, but any spread can be used for that purpose. Simply phrase your intention when you shuffle the cards and then interpret the spread in terms of romance.

  • @rhea72
    @rhea72 Před 2 lety

    Wow, you made this so easy. Thank you so much. I am going to try this. I was curious to know in this spread, if your client asked you to check in her health, how would read it?

    • @georginatoland
      @georginatoland  Před 2 lety +1

      I do not do health readings, but one of the areas to look at would be the cards surrounding wherever the Tree appeared in the Grand Tableau.

    • @rhea72
      @rhea72 Před 2 lety

      @@georginatoland thanks once again. So cards around the Tree card would be read in the same manner, past present and future? Like we do in a box spread? By the way I did try the GT, activated the fox card for work and was able to get so much more information 😊🙏

    • @georginatoland
      @georginatoland  Před 2 lety

      I’m glad that the Fox worked for you. ❤️
      As for the health advice, I’d be very careful applying past-present-future to the cards surrounding the Tree. It would probably be more helpful to consider the surrounding cards as facets of the querent’s health in the present. Place the final opinion about what those influences may mean for the future of the querent firmly in the hands of the querent. (And tell them to go to a doctor for confirmation!)

    6:08 why would the frame only cover 4 cards and in 12:28 you cover the 7 cards? Caan you please explain it to me? Thanks!

    • @georginatoland
      @georginatoland  Před 2 lety

      A full portrait spread around the target card would normally consist of 9 cards. But when the target card is close to the edge of the Grand Tableau, there are fewer cards surrounding the card. On the left side of the spread, the Lady card is surrounded/touching only three cards. On the right, the Ship card is surrounded/touching only six cards. The frame highlights this fact, since it is the size and shape of a 9-card portrait spread.

      @@georginatoland Ooooh! Now I get it, the target card is supposed to be "in the center" of the frame. I've been trying to grasp things for quite a lot since morning that I got confused with such simple things, I'm burning out 🤣 thanks a lot! Love your videos ❤️💕

  • @LulluNatic
    @LulluNatic Před rokem

    As for the mini tableau: if the man was in the 6th column instead of the 7th, there would be no center-most card when you drew the line between the man and the querent. How would you do?

    • @georginatoland
      @georginatoland  Před rokem +1

      I would still be looking at cards that are a knight’s move away from the querent, and possibly cards that surround the Gentleman’s card (to get an idea about who he is and what his thoughts and feelings are regarding the situation with the querent. I would also examine the two cards that form the corners of a box (or a ring) with the Gentleman & the Lady.
      For example, like this, where the Gentleman is in the top left, and the Lady is in the lower right:
      28…………….a card
      ………………………….
      ………………………….
      a card…………….29

      I learned Lenormand from a variety of sources. Then I just practiced a lot to see what worked for me. The best beginner book, the one I return to over & over again, is “Lenormand Thirty-Six Cards” by Andy Boroveshengra. It’s very inexpensive on Kindle: www.amazon.com/Lenormand-Thirty-Six-Cards-2015-ebook/dp/B010EAA5YQ
