    Places can also be countries that have a cross in their flags such as Switzerland or the Scandinavian countries.

    Thank you for another special video❣️ I'm also enjoying your book!(I'm the girl from Japan🌸)
    I especially found the protection/closing prayers very helpful and now I do it all the time.🙏🏻
    If I may ask, the women landed on the house of the cross on my GT but I have no clue what it means for me.
    I'm not currently facing any crisis at the moment.
    Also, the cross landed on the cross.🤔 It seems serious and that scares me.
    I'm sorry about the question being vague🥺

      Hello girl from Japan! 😃 You must be referring to 2 different GT's. If you're laying a house-based spread and Cross lands in Cross, it's the most powerful position for any card - in their own house with home-field advantage. A lot of hardships or challenges or a lot of firmly-held opinions that you're clinging to, a lot of responsibilities. When your card lands there, it's you visiting that house - the house of challenges, tests, responsibilities, and convictions. When you land there, ask yourself why you're visiting that house? What business do you have there? Are there responsibilities you need to deal with or principles that need to be examined? Is there something you feel guilty about? What you didn't mention is where the Cross card fell in relation to your card. This is more important than the houses. Card order and proximity are looked at before you consider houses. In MOD, we don't even use houses which tells you just how inconsequential they can be.

      @@lisaloveslenormand6357 Thank you for taking the time to write me such a great explanation🥰
      I think my mind was so stuck in thinking the cross only meant as an unavoidable tragedy coming to my life. Never have I thought it could also be referring to my guilt, responsibilities and strong convictions.
      Your way of teaching inspires me to think outside the box💓
      I can't wait for your second book!!!

    Hi Lisa thank you so much for uploading these videos. You have no idea how helpful they are! I was doing a question, and the corss card showed up. It was a bit confusing.
    (So I took a look at this video again, trying to help interpret it)
    My question was if a love interest would be initiate communication with me.
    I laid a 9 card spread. Top Row: Heart, mice, sun. (I see this as missing, but in a positive way, wanting to reach out, finding the connection that is lost)
    Mid row: Rider, flowers, dog (This I do interpret as again, coming with a friendly message)
    bot row: Birds, stork...Cross. (The bird and stork felt a strong yes towards communication coming...but the cross was confusing.)
    In this whole spread, is telling yes. But the last card is the cross. I know cross is not an ending. It can indicate of pain or finding it difficult to move forward.
    But it is typically a "no". However, overall this spread is so positive...
    Looking at your video, you did mention that it can be a stop card. But also that there is faith, and something not avoidable.
    In this case, do you think the spread is saying that this person will reach out eventually after a time of difficult wait? (So this cross would mean it is inevitable to happen, even if it is hard for them to take the action, they will eventually)
    At least this is how I interpreted it. Would like to have your opinion on it. Thank you!

      @lisaloveslenormand6357  Před 2 lety

      Exactly! And, you're starting to see how tableaus differ from line-reading and how much information they provide. This is why it's detrimental to pigeonhole the cards and think that they always mean the same thing. The top row indicates that something is gnawing at his heart. The middle row is what he wants to do or will do once he can overcome his worries and burdens. The Birds in the hidden issue space indicates his daily struggles and the fact that something is distracting him. It can also indicate a temporary coupling with another. The Cross as the final card is showing that he's carrying a burden and possibly a responsibility or sense of duty to another or a way of life/values/convictions that are holding him back.

      @@lisaloveslenormand6357 Thank you for your input Lisa, yes I agree, there is a lot more insight when pulling a 9 card. And I believe the info makes a lot of sense. However, I did ask it to be a yes/no question. So I still need to conclude it as such. So even with the cross, which is typically a "no" by itself. But in this spread, it can still conclude as a "yes" for the outcome answer (due to the nature/context of surrounding cards)? It was this conclusion of yes/no I was uncertain with. :)

      @@WarmBunny You're overlooking the obvious. Life doesn't always give us a yes or no. The word "maybe" exists for a reason. There's also yes-but/if and no-but/if. There's a danger in not allowing Spirit to show us things that we never considered and thinking too linearly. When we ask most yes/no questions, we're not taking all the other possibilities into consideration. This is why I prefer open-ended questions. I want the Universe to inspire me with ideas beyond my current comprehension - to expand my thinking. The reason for using more cards in answering yes/no questions is to allow them to display the complete story rather than just providing a yes or no to your original thought or plan. Does that make sense?

    • @WarmBunny
      @WarmBunny Před 2 lety

      @@lisaloveslenormand6357 Yes it does, I did this reading mostly for practice, so it is a lot for me to learn from this. But lets say a person buying a reading, asking for a yes/no. A client paying fo a direct answer. Then as a reader I would have to conclude a clear answer for them, I cannot tell them "maybe". Or do you suggest a different spread (or other type of cards) being able to tell a clear/direct answer for it rather than 9 cards?

    • @lisaloveslenormand6357
      @lisaloveslenormand6357  Před 2 lety

      @@WarmBunny I’m glad we’re having this conversation - it’s important. You can certainly get difinitive yeses and no’s from any size spread and if you’d had a timeframe for your question, the answer would be no, not at this time. But that doesn’t mean never. Don’t forget to always include a timeframe because everything on the planet is constantly changing. Also, Always stay true to your connection with Spirit and trust what you see in the cards. If someone is paying you for a reading, they’re not paying for the answer they want or expect, but are paying for your skill as a card reader to pass along what you see in the cards. If you’re worrying about what they’ll think of you or say about you, that’s your ego talking. Stay in your heart space and read from the higher perspective of Spirit and you’ll do great. Always uphold your standards. When people ask me for a yes or no and I don’t see either, I’ve never had them argue as long as I explain that it’s a yes, if X happens or a no unless Y happens. I’d never just leave someone hanging with a maybe. What you’ll find is that people are more grateful when you introduce them to alternatives they never knew existed.

    So, as soon as I saw the Rider, Heart, and Letter near the Cross, and you pointed to the woman far away above him, I thought “oh no! He’s getting a Dear John letter, poor guy” …. 😮 is that right?

    • @lisaloveslenormand6357
      @lisaloveslenormand6357  Před 9 měsíci +1

      That's very insightful and it could certainly show that! This wasn't an actual reading, but as I said in the video, I just asked for cards to provide a clear example for the video (about the Cross) and laid out the cards. Thinking about what you said, it fits perfectly except for the Ring being close to him and to the right. But, if this were a real reading and it landed that way, it could say that he'd still have control over continuing the union and it wouldn't completely end during the time period of the spread. Yes?

    Hey Lisa, what do you think the cross says when describing physical descriptions?

    • @lisaloveslenormand6357
      @lisaloveslenormand6357  Před 2 lety

      It's typically someone who looks grim, serious, or downtrodden. They may be wrinkled and careworn. They could also be thin or unhealthy in appearance (what would someone hanging on a cross look like?) They may be hunched-over as if they've been carrying something on their shoulders for years. Depending on the context, it could also describe someone wearing a priest's collar or a nun's habit.

    If i got cross as pivot advice in relationship as well as tower (seperate questions)
    What does it mean

    • @lisaloveslenormand6357
      @lisaloveslenormand6357  Před 2 lety +1

      What advice were you asking for? How many cards did you draw and what were the other cards and how did they fall? The only way to answer your question is to know these things. The Cross refers to burdens, sacrifices, struggles, and hardships that you can't turn away from - they must be endured. It can refer to a test or one's duties and responsibilities. The Tower refers to things that are solid and long-lasting but also references ambition and unevenness - as in many levels separating the top from the bottom. In traditional reading, falling near indicated that you had the fortitude to hold your ground and stay on top of a matter. Does any of that help?

      @@rafaamokhtar-8950 The first question shows your hardship (36) leading to progress toward your goal (16). 25-2-20 looks like a chance encounter in public, at a social event, or through others. The second line shows an opportunity that will develop - 2+13=growing luck, but will take a while to become official (19). I don't pay too much attention to the direction the people are facing, but the fact that he shows up between the official Tower and the Ring for a promise, and the line ends in a promise of commitment, tells me that it will happen if she can wait until he meets her in the middle of the Tower!
