Emi is so talkative. But that's what I like, miss and reason why I keep going back to her channel. Her pep talk really helps! It keeps me motivated to finish the workout. And her reminders help me remember to keep my form.
This belly workout really burns a lot. At first doing 90 degree was sooo difficult for me. But i love her workouts. She keeps me motivated to achieve my goals ❤
So far, this was one of the easiest workouts but more burning ones. I felt the burn in my abs! Definitely recommended

Try engaging your abs by that I mean your upper body should up like a crunch if that makes sense

The reverse crunch was everything! never done that before but i am sure it ll be one of my favorite exercises for abs!
Sadly, my low point was discovering how poorly coordinated I was during the Dead bug. I swear I look like the "confused math lady" meme when I do it (not to mention it takes me forever to do one correctly!)
