    I completed day 14 stretch video and although my weight has been fluctuating in the past 2 weeks, it finally dropped back close enough to my starting weight today and also I do feel myself getting stronger.     I just started this workout along with her leg workout and I already feel stronger.
    Day 1 : DONE!
    Sorry for not updating but i did the workout for whole 2 days after day 1
    Day 2 : DONE!
    Day 3 : DONE!
    I started doing Gloria Song's abs and leg workout as well as emi's leg workout tbh i see my upper abs already!!!
    Day 4 : DONE!
    I couldnt do day 5 as we just got a new puppy he's sooo cute tbh
    i'll continue tmw i swear!!

    Day 1✔body was sore
    Day 2✔could do it
    Day 3✔really effortful
    Day 4✔could do it
    Day 5✔lost my muffin tummy
    around 2 cm and that's really a great change
    Day 6✔could do it
    Day 7✔ flexing was easy.
    I'll keep updating.
    And yes it works.
    Remember no pain no gain, consistency is the key to success.....

    Day 1✅: (The burn was amazing tbh- I just couldn't do the Lifted Reverse Crunch💀 how can she do that?!)
    Day 2✅: (okie my legs are so sore- the back of my legs are hurting)

      When I was a beginner I was also not able to do few exercises but now it's been 3 months I am following and doing her workouts daily according to the programs. One day I was in shock those exercises which I wasn't able to do earlier now I can do them with ease.

    My waistline is 31inch and my lower waist is like 35inch. I am doing another exercise as well.
    Day 1- After my body adjusted to my first workout, I added this one. I can't do half of the exercise cuz my body was literally shaking.
