    Yay! I was infected with COVID and now I have recovered from it! I was going to start with my workouts from tomorrow bcoz I gained 4 kgs from the medicines and food 🙈 Thanks Emi!! You read my mind 😁

    DAY 27:-✅Done(i switched tomorrow's exercise with today because it's my period day tomorrow n cramps will kill me so I'll do only stretching tomorrow 😊)
    DAY 28:-✅Done (As I mentioned yesterday I got cramps but I completed the exercise anyways. N I completed the 28 days challenge. Yayyyy 😃)

    I'm lying on the floor, completely shocked cause I completed all the exercises (including the bonus) without taking any extra breaks. I did the tabata workout before this and still had the energy for this. I can't express how thankful I am to you. Your workouts made me realise I'm capable of a lot of things I didn't know I was. From past few months, I focused less on what weight I lost but loved how my body became stronger with each day and that's what keeps me going. I would like to tell everyone. JUST HOLD ON.       Yeah, I feel you! You are great🔥 I did Day 5 excercise today! Honestly, I'm still 53kgs lol but I feel strong and my body is toned! Weight doesn't matter, we grow muscles with time and obviously you'll be able to feel strong and fit! 🔥🙏

    These workouts really do work. I highly recommend them. I'm a brand new mom of a 16 month baby and is not easy after a C-section but with perseverence you can do it. God bless you everyone.

    I want to thank you Emi. As someone who has been struggling with their weight and body image since I was a teen, your videos have honestly changed my life.
    I've tried so many diet fads, workout regimes, suffered from eating disorders. Then I saw your video on a whim about 5 months ago and decided to give it a try. I only have time on the weekends to do the workouts, so I try to do at least two of your videos every Saturday and Sunday.
    It's made a huge difference! It's working for me, I feel more energetic, stronger, and more confident in my body image! I don't dread these workouts either, in fact, I've begun to look forward to when I can do them! I can honestly say I'm the happiest I've ever been.

      @@amandaliyanage779 Peoples bodys are different! Maybe you should try walking long distances, running, or get some weights and do workouts with them! (there are workouts that include weights on youtube!) Also, maybe try targeting a specific area on your body first and really focus on that :)

      I mean, it's all about how MANY calories no matter what you eat. Be it junk foods or vegetables, fruits etc. But, junk foods don't have that many nutrients as real whole foods. Congrats tho! I am happy for you Banani 💜💖🥺

      Just do 2 15min workouts xD i workout with emis videos 30 - 90mins a day, just puzzeling the videos together so they fit my expectations. Its not hard at all to do something on your own before begging for it tho

    I started on 31st August 2020
    -I'm doing all abs and plank workouts but not full body ones because I exercise differently on legs, arms and back using different workouts.
    -For diet less carbs and eating more fiber and proteins and healthier foods no oily foods and eating fruits and drinking enough water. Also no to very less sugar usage.
    Day 1: ✅ (It was very hard and abs were very sore)
    Day 2: ✅ (Wokeup with sore abs but didn't giveup and it was easy today.)
    Day 3: ✅( It was quite hard and abs were very sore)
    Day 4: ✅ (did plank workout and another emi's abs workout as I dont do full body HIIT and it was easy today tho)
    Day 5: ✅ (When I started was hard but as I kept going it became so easy)
    Day 6: ✅ (Did the workout and felt really sore I was kinda tired whilst doing as didnt have that much energy but I did the workout anyway and felt abs getting tighter and in good form and posture.)
    Day 7: ✅ (I did the stretching workout and it helped a lot to relieve tightness and stress from the body and made me feel really relaxed and peaceful)
    EFFECTS WEEK 1: As 2 to 3days passed I started seeing abs defining more and also seeing tightness in my abs muscle and also more defined lines and waist started looking significantly thinner and narrower and my waist felt tight and snatched specially when I did this video of 28day abs and also did become sore but as whenever I did slowly and gradually got used to this workout)
    Day 8:✅ (done)
    Day 9: ✅(After seeing 3workouts I was scared but with strength and discipline I did it)
    Day 10: ✅(it was kinda hard but did it)
    Day 11:✅ (it was medium and did it)
    Day 12: ❌(Didnt do it coz I was very dizzy and if I exercised I would become sick for more days)
    Day 13:✅(Workout of Day 12)
    Day 14:❌(couldn't do as I was not feeling well and had to recover)
    EFFECT WEEK 2:
    First day didnt feel that much tightness and then 2nd day I'm feeling snatched and perfect and loving the tightness and the way abs are looking. My posture has improved significantly looking quite slim and feel like my tummy is quite in form and looking quite slim and nowadays whenever I look at my tummy in mirror it looks perfect and I like the way it makes me look(appear) taller.

      I satrted again in 27 November 2023 and i have completed almost 3 weeks and i see massive results just have been cutting sugar and using honey and less white flour in use and also trying to include veggies, proteins and i do eat white rice but in moderation and i had to stop for 4 days so as for period days break but im going to continue and finish the challenge strong

    hi everyone :) so i've never been able to finish a challenge like this. last challenge i followed was the 15 days intense abs, but even then i was only able to reach day 7 before losing my motivation lmao.
    anyway, since this is a very new challenge and everyone would be doing it, i thought it would motivate me more to do it along w everyone :)
    before
    61 kg
    waist 80cm
    hips 90cm
    day 1: it was great, not that tired if im honest
    day 2: done. god i hate ANY form of mountain climbers
    day 3: done. now that i know how to engage my core better i just realized that this program (esp. this video) is somewhat harder than emi's usual workout..? some exercises in this video are simply *too* hard for me to do, like v-up and butterfly situps. but i hope i will get better as the program progresses!

    A week ago, I finished Emi's 15-Day Challenge. I so love the results that I've decided to do this 28-Day Total Abs and Belly Burn Challenge. My goals are to make my body stronger and lose another inch without dieting.
    💛WEEK 1 (Sept. 7 - 13, 2020)💛
    Day 1: ✅ I woke up at 5 AM and did it. While everyone in the house was still sleeping, yes, I was sweating from these workouts. We can do this, guys!💪
    Day 2: ✅ My neck hurt a little, but NO GIVING UP as Emi always says.👌
    Day 3: ✅ I was halfway through the second set of today's exercise when I felt like quitting.😩 Thinking of my waistline back in high school kept me going.🤣
    Day 4: ✅ My back ached. I switched to ab exercises in the last half of the second set. 🤣
    Day 5: ✅ I've done the plank exercises several times before, how come they're extra challenging today?
    Day 6: ✅ It's not a good idea to do these exercises at night. I did only 1/3 of the 15-minute intense full-body HIIT.
    Day 7: ✅ Love the full-body stretch!
    💛WEEK 2 (Sept. 14 - 20, 2020)💛
    Day 8: ✅ I ran one km. instead of doing today's cardio workout.
    Day 9: ✅ It's a rainy morning! Kinda lazy to rise from bed, but NO. Let's work on our goals.
    Day 10: ✅ Only until the 4th set of the second workout. 🤣
    Day 11: ✅ Congrats, self! You made it through the end.
    Day 12: ❌ Felt too lazy to exercise.😅
    Day 13: ✅ I used to wonder how some celebrities could survive hours of workout in the gym. Wooh! I finished Emi's one-hour workout, and I CAN'T BELIEVE IT.
    Day 14: ✅ My body couldn't be more relaxed.
    💛WEEK 3 (Sept. 21 - 27, 2020)💛
    Day 15: ✅ When you feel too lazy, THINK ABOUT your GOALS.
    Day 16: ✅
    Day 17: ✅ Only until 2/3 of the last workout.😅

    Day 28: ✅ Told myself yesterday that I'll give my best on the last day of this challenge, but my period came. I couldn't push myself to finish the side abs exercises.
    I just lost half of an inch, but my body feels a lot stronger now. 💛 I'm ready for more challenging exercises! Wondering if workouts in this challenge are effective, they are, so get started now and be the healthiest person you could be.

    I started Emi 28 days abs challenge almost 3 mons ago with 15 mins other exercises everyday . Today I finished day 16 for third cycle of abs challenge. I lost 11 pounds esp. in my belly.

    Results! I am so happy to say that I have just finished this challenge. Thank you Emi, for keeping me active during Covid.
    For anyone that is planning to do this programme, or is in the middle of it and needs some motivation: I do see and feel the difference. My muscle mass seems to have gone up a bit (0.2 - 0.3%), although of course that is a very momentary measurement. But I noticed my body has become stronger, because of this main 15 minutes Total Abs video. The first time I was sweating and struggling quite a bit, but I feel like the exercises have become more easy to do. Also it seems like I have lost some fat around my belly.
    Since I got vaccinated I am ready to go back to the gym, but because I have a very busy work schedule, I will still come back for Emi's workouts for sure. Keep it up, all of you, it is definitely worth it!

    Ive finished the program! Sorry for the late update but I've managed to lose another 0.5inch off my waist!
    I can definitely feel my stomach getting smaller and stronger overall. Im going to continue with other workout programs and hopefully able to acheive my goals!

    Guys, this definitely works,I lost around an inch from my waist and lower belly. Not drastic changes as I have PCOS which makes it difficult to lose weight, but I'm still glad I did this🤟

    I've gained so much weight recently and this definitely hindered my progress to a healthier and leaner body...
