Ok I'm asking the question because I have an RMK 700 155 And I got to get to the front rad since I got a leak... I had to take off the track last year on an old 98 Grand Touring... Man putting the front bolts was impossible without stretching open the front tunnel to get the front bolts back in !
doobyboy21 The trick is to collapse the rear suspension by taking the tension of the torsion springs and then you can slide the front A arm into position. Having an extra set of hands helps as well. Lol
Good video, but pick up the pace a little. You explain things with more detail than necessary. We know how to put a notch in a screwdriver if necessary, etc. Sometimes you sound like your frustrated with yourself with how long it's taking to explain what socket to use with which size ratchet. People watching this are not going to be brand new to wrenching if they are looking up how to remove a sled track. Again, good job - my free opinion is just that, a free opinion.

Do you remember if you had to stretch open the front tunnel to get the front suspension bolts back in ? Or was it easy to put back ? Thankx

The sled is an 2006.
Suspension is easy to get back in. Just put the front swing arm in first and then do the rear.
