Holy s**t you made my life sooooo much easier with this video, I honestly can’t thank you enough, I saved a lot of time pulling the skid on my 04 edge. And it was much easier.

That’s awesome. Swapping a track on the Edge chassis is normally a good experience compared to other MFG’s. 😀

@@StreetersGarage you have no idea how long me and my buddy we’re fighting/scratching our heads trying to get those back suspension bolts out.

Yep. Take the tension off the springs. Makes it 100 times easier when you’re getting ready to remove or install.

My sled is a 2002 Polaris 600 Classic Touring, Variable Exhaust - it takes a 133.5" track which is no longer manufactured. Closest thing is a 136", which requires an adjustment that my local dealer said they could make, then $808 later said it didn't work. A MN track dealer, said use that I can use the 136" belt, if I drill 4 new holes and move the skid frame back 1" in the tunnel. I'll combine that process (still researching how to do that) with this video to see if I can get the new track on my 2002 sled.

Look at Tracks USA for extension rails. That would be your best option.

Then why did you watch it all? He did an excellent job breaking down the many steps needed. I have the same exact sled and his video gave me the confidence to handle this job!
